We visited Prosecco for the first time tonight for dinner. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. We had a reservation, but we did not appear to need one because the place was pretty dead upon arrival for a Sunday night. We were seated in a booth, which I had requested online. Thank you! The waiter advised of a few specials once of which being the creamed broccoli soup which we tried. It tasted very fresh, but we thought it could have used a little cheese or something. We also had the calamari to start which was also good. It came with a piece of fried polenta, lemon and marinara sauce. For the entree my husband chose the cheese ravioli which he enjoyed. The stuffing tasted a bit like bleu cheese to me, but that was the gorgonzola. The pasta itself was excellent and cooked perfectly al dente. I had the branzino. While it was delicious I am not sure it was worth the $42 price tag. Typically when I have had branzino it is a whole piece of fish. This was a filet of sorts, just one side of the fish. It was cooked very well. The fish was juicy and well seasoned, and the skin was very crispy which I loved. It sat on a bed of some type of brown rice with peas and carrots which I did not care for. On the side were pee wee (baby) potatoes, as well as fresh carrots and green beans which were delicious. They have an extensive drink and wine menu, although we just ordered my shirley temple with lime and club soda for the hubby which they refilled as needed. I will say the food service was a bit on the slower side, especially for the place to have been so empty. If we could improve upon anything, the speed of service would be atop of our list. Nevertheless, we enjoyed each others’ company during the waits. The place is advertised as being located in Anthem but it is actually right off the I-215 and Pebble. If you are looking for some local Italian food, I would recommend.

A True Five-Star Italian Experience Off Eastern!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prosecco Fresh Italian Kitchen off Eastern in Las Vegas, and it was an absolutely stellar experience deserving of every one of its five stars. From the moment we walked in, the nice atmosphere—elegant yet welcoming—set the stage for a wonderful evening.
The food, however, was the real star of the show. Every dish we ordered was simply delicious and prepared to perfection. The Cacio e Pepe spaghetti was a revelation; creamy, intensely flavorful, and perfectly al dente—it tasted exactly like something you’d find in Rome. We also indulged in the veal and the risotto, both of which were rich, comforting, and showcased true Italian cooking expertise. The quality and freshness of the ingredients shone through in every bite.
Beyond the incredible cuisine, the amazing service truly elevated the experience. Our server, Malakai, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly without being intrusive. He made us feel welcome and ensured our meal flowed smoothly, checking in at just the right moments.
Prosecco Fresh Italian Kitchen is a must-visit. If you are looking for authentic, delicious Italian food paired with a great atmosphere and standout service (ask for Malakai!), this is the place to go. We can’t wait to return!

Dinner at Prosecco Italian was pure magic! We savored the melt in your mouth ossobuco w creamy risotto, tender meatballs bursting w flavor, and a Prosecco salad; vibrant w crisp cucumber, mango and heirloom tomatoes. All paired perfectly with a velvety Chianti. Server Travis elevated the experience w attentive service, read the table vibe perfectly and had an awesome personality. Authentic Italian! A must visit gem!

The service was awesome, the food was great, and the drinks were good!

My only concern was the value of everything. Our dishes cost just over $30 each, I would expect some leftovers for that price (pasta is cheap to make), but we finished everything. The drinks were good, but also too expensive for the quality.

The Manhatten drink pictured was their happy hour drink, the bourbon tasted cheap. Also, neither of the bourbon drinks (pictured) were filled enough for what they cost. If you take out the large, square ice cube, its probably about 4oz of actual liquid.

Overall, we did enjoy everything – just felt we could have gotten more for the cost.

Side note, the website menu is very outdated and some items featured are no longer available at the restaurant.

Great happy hour! Calamari and steak skewers were cooked to perfection, and the bruschetta was super refreshing. Very well thought out menu… there’s much more we still want to try so we’ll definitely be back.

It was phenomenal. From the get-go, the hostess was friendly and very personable. The waiter was thorough and even tried to roll his Rs.. The food was absolutely perfect. The pasta, the bread and the sauces were all just amazing. I’m floored. Time to go have some fun.

My father and I went here for dinner for the 2nd time tonight and it was amazing! The food was phenomenal (definitely get the Bruschetta appetizer!) but more importantly the staff made it a truly enjoyable evening. We were there for over 2 hours enjoying the live music and ambience on top of the delicious meal. The sommelier was knowledgeable and a delight to chat with. Our waiter’s tableside skills with their fish were impressive to watch. The owner/chef came out and introduced himself as well and was personable. It felt like we were back home in NY and enjoying a traditional Italian dinner with family! Great local spot. Can’t wait to go back and highly recommend!!!

I’ve been to Prosecco for dinner but this review is for their Party Brunch. My friend and I had a great time! Great music selection playing and fun dancers. Also, the tableside magician was a nice touch. It’s great to find a unique dining experience in Vegas, away from the Strip, that wasn’t too busy (we made reservations, but it looked like we could have walked in with no wait time, I’m assuming because the Party Brunch is relatively new). The only thing I’d recommend is having more savory plant-based options. I had their delicious pancakes, but would love a tofu or Just Egg scramble with some vegan sausage for some more protein to switch things up next time. My friend had the matcha chicken and waffles and said they were delicious. Go for a unique brunch experience or a birthday celebration – you’ll enjoy it!

The best Italian food we have had in a long time! Five stars for the food matched with five star service! They even have gluten free pasta options and gluten free desserts! We went on a night where there was live Frank Sinatra type music. It was still at a volume level where we could talk easily. The place has a cozy, intimate vibe. We drove from the other side of town but we will be back. What a fantastic find!

I came on a quiet night although it got busy as I was leaving. I had a lemoncello martini very good! Table side pasta and steak that was served with veggies and potatoes, and the focaccia bread with rosemary. Ended the meal with lemon cake and it was amazing. A bit pricy as I had to pay separate for the table side pasta and I really wanted a protein and that was a separate meal. Total cost for everything g was $139 and it was delicious. Totally worth the experience and the homemade pasta and table experience and staff were amazing!
