More and more of these places are lacking in cleanliness if someone can’t clean a restroom sink out how do you think they keep the kitchen this sink hasn’t been cleaned and weeks there was poop in the toilet the urinal was a mess and they were out of paper towels this is the I’m beginning of disease I can only imagine that the cleanliness in the kitchen is lacking as well
I go on a lot of these but won’t be going in as much anymore.

This location has severely gone down hill. I got the Chicken avocado sandwich, cookie, and fruit cup. Fruit cup was expired! I threw that out.
Pretty sure I now have food poisoning. TMI in & out of bathroom all night! Just a few hours after eating from panera.. Will never go to this location again. I have never had issues with eating panera.. EVER.

The food was fine, but cold by the time we got it because they didn’t text my number or call my name when it was ready. I didn’t even get to eat my sandwich for about 20 minutes because they forgot to make my sandwich a full, which was resolved quickly, but they also forgot to make my partner’s frozen hot chocolate and took about 10-15 minutes to make it.
Good food, bad service.

The manager really needs to retrain staff on basic customer service skills. The wait was too long for basic food items. This is by far the worst location in this area. Forgotten items when delivered and food made incorrectly please hire and train staff properly. I have given this place several chances to improve.

We’ve ordered from this Panera a few times because it’s the closest store. Every time, the pickup order has been 10-20 minutes behind the time food should be ready. There are clearly employees present at the store, but they have not demonstrated urgency or good customer service skills.
I also want the store to take the quality check stage seriously, as we’ve had items missing in the past (the issues were resolved), and my last sandwich had missing ingredients.
Panera is usually a solid fast-food alternative restaurant, but I don’t think we’ll be going back to this location anytime soon.

Every delivery order I’ve ordered from this location came without items. Every salad came without dressing. Every. Single. Time. I went inside to order and eat this time to find all open tables uncleaned with food and trash all over the floors. I wiped one myself with a napkin to sit and there were flies swarming around me. When a fly landed into my chili I finally decided to leave. Big nope on this location!!

I’m very disappointed in my experience at Panera/Fairlawn. It was NOT clean; tables needed wiped off, the restaurant floor was sticky, the entry doors needed glass cleaned. Upon leaving, i went into the restroom. It was totally unacceptable. Panera is a nice chain and typically has good menu offerings. A little soap and water is all that’s needed. I hope it improves.

This location has really gone downhill. I came in on a Saturday morning. There were maybe 2 or 3 people working? There was no coffee left. When I tried to ask for more the girl behind the counter was wearing ear pods and couldn’t hear me. Finally she took them out and said “what?” I said there is no more coffee and she said “well I’m making hot chocolate” and just out her ear pods back in.
Ordering at the kiosk was fine but if you need help with something beyond that, don’t bother. I ended up leaving without my food or coffee and didn’t even bother to ask for a refund.
