I love coming here! The staff is always so sweet and welcoming. The tacos are delicious, the meat is perfectly juicy, and the outdoor seating creates such a cute vibe. I also tried their horchata, and it was absolutely perfect!

Very nice place to eat it downtown Mt Prospect. Delicious chips and salsa,chicken fajitas and El pastor tacos. Definitely will be back. Also nice patio.

Mia’s food was really great! We had elote, chicken tamales, and carnitas tacos. The corn on the cob was boiled very well making the kernels soft and just right. It had great seasoning and nothing was over powering! The chicken tamales were also excellent. The chicken was soft and melted in my mouth. My husband had the carnitas tacos that he really enjoyed as well. A little bummed out they didn’t have the tres leches that day but overall the food was great. We will be coming back!

Well them Kings were back at it again.. Or adventures took us back to Mount Prospect Village Of … The trip and the food did not disappoint…. The fresh made guacamole was AMAZING and the food was great and had great flavor. Definitely 5 out of 5. The drinks were spectacular and earned every bit of 5 margaritas out of 5.

Everything about Mia’s is the best! Their food is fresh, flavorful and so delicious. Their drinks are amazing. Their staff is the best. I cannot say enough good things about Mia’s Cantina. You will not be disappointed. Oh! And I didn’t even mention their chips, salsa and guacamole. The best!

Recommend by a friend, service was good, it was 8 of us and they where accommodating, no reservation needed.The restaurant environment was very clean & presentable, the Ac was extremely high so it was really cold we had to ask for it to be adjusted. Was disappointed that they didn’t have all the menu items available apparently there switching it… I give the food a 3 bc The meat had barley any seasoning. The guacamole was good. I wouldn’t go back.

In general I think is a nice atmosphere and the service was very good too. We order tacos al pastor and enchiladas suizas. Both were good taste! The Margaritas are huge and with good amount of alcohol. I’d recommended!

Baja tacos were very delicious! Mahi mahi tasted very fresh and just perfect! Beans and rice were really good! Chips from chips and salsa are homemade and delicious! Steak tacos steak was pretty good. Place a little small and maybe not very decorated, but the bar is amazing and has an amazing variety of drinks. Bathrooms are pretty clean. Our waitress was very nice. Food did take awhile to come out. Prices make sense and portions are perfect. The A/C does make it cold inside

Their food never disappoints. Today, I had a favorite, tampiquena! Delicious skirt steak with a cheese enchilada. it comes with black beans, grilled jalapenos and onions, guacamole and a small salad. as usual, it was delicious!
However, I also tried something new! Carne de su jugo. It’s a soup with beef broth, tons of tender pieces of skirt steak, beans and more delicious ingredients! I will definitely go again.
I washed it all down with one of their AWESOME margaritas. I took it to go and it was packaged perfectly. I’ve been eating here for years and it is delicious food.
