My mom and I went for Valentine’s Day. My mom had suggested we go because she had been when it was Regina’s a few years ago. Entering was lovely we were greeted everything was great till we turned the corner and saw our seats to the table 2 tops stacked up so close together if I put my arm out I’d hit both the tables next to me it was so small and close together. Our sever although nice seemed as though it was his first day. We asked for water didn’t get it until we asked again. 20 minutes later. I also ordered short ribs I asked if it came with mashed potatoes he said no. The short ribs then come out with sweet potatoes mashed potatoes I ask aren’t these mashed potatoes let me see. I never heard back from the sever. We got a cocktail didn’t even taste like liquor was in it. I didn’t even want to waste my time on a dessert. We ask for check and 20% gratuity was added additionally. We also we’re told it was Salsa night or reservation was at 6pm Salsa doesn’t start until 9pm which upon making the reservation the owner didn’t mention and we are sitting at the restaurant like where is the salsa 9pm. Overall don’t recommend.

We had couples date night here. Atmosphere was great. Food was delicious no complaints. Drinks was ok. That was my only hiccup i had. We were given free cheesecake dessert at the end of our meal by the manager. It was appreciated. It also was our first time there and fun full with vibes.

Everything about this place was great. I can with my girlfriend and we had Iban as our server. We had the tuna tartar to start it’s was great. I had the filet and my girlfriend had the seared salmon. We were both pleased with our dishes. We also had the chocolate moose cake it was very good. The atmosphere had good music, and we felt comfortable. The prices for the food were very reasonable considering they offered a 10oz filet opposed to a 6-8 oz. The restaurant was clean, and so was the bathrooms. Overall great experience and would definitely come check it out if you guys are interested.

Friday happy hour!!
Outdoor dining option which we took.. steak sandwich was quite chewy, a lot of gristle!! Good flavor with the mushrooms and onions but, way too much gristle..fries were also good..
Spicy tuna sushi roll this is served HOT!
I’d pass on this menu option.
Mediterranean mezze platter.. good, but their version of tzatziki, literally yogurt.

It is difficult to find a good steak house around here. We’re happy we find zina. Steak was perfect to order other dishes as well fingerliking delicious. Parking space, clean, separate areas for bar and dining. Overall we have a new dining/fun/music/drinks place

We came here for a Balkan comedy night. The comedians were hilarious and the food and drinks were fantastic. The French onion soup was the best thing I have ever tasted!! All the workers were super accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!

Let me tell you how I came to ZINA’s I had an amazing lunch. The vibe is amazing. The staff is amazing. The atmosphere is amazing and even more it was calm. Zina Steakhouse is honestly a gem in Teaneck! The food is always fresh and full of flavor — every steak I’ve had has been cooked perfectly. The drinks are so good too, strong but smooth, and the bartenders really know what they’re doing. The vibe is classy but still comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Definitely one of my favorite spots in town. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this location for over a decade before it was Zinas . The transformation this restaurant has undergone is amazing!!!! The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere is wonderful. Such a classy vibe to the place. I just stopped by tonight for their grand opening and I had a great time. The food was impeccable. The service was excellent and fast. I look forward to coming back !!! Parking is easy! Indoor and outdoor seating is available, this place is a must try!!!

Michelin on Teaneck Road
I just dined at Zina’s on Teaneck Road and I have lived in Teaneck since 1982. I say this because my husband and I have dined at the best restaurants all over the world, including Jules Verne (Eiffel Tower), Daniel (when it was a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant), the Queen Mary and The Ritz Paris. Yesterday I and my son dined at Zina’s on Teaneck Road. They have recently opened with its newly-procured liquor license. Its predecessor was Regina’s (which was not to my liking).
Well, I was gobsmacked!! Whoever gave this restaurant a one-star review is talking about the wrong restaurant (or has a hidden agenda). From the very beginning the ambience was so inviting, the server was very accommodating and the FOOD, Oh, THE FOOD!! was absolutely delectable, well-prepared, and well-served. I had asked for a cocktail and it was prepared perfectly. The filet mignon cut was prepared to perfection.
I spoke to the co-owner, Peter. He and his wife wanted a different restaurant with a blend of Detroit, Mediterranean and European and I believe they have succeeded. It’s a wonderful restaurant. I can’t believe it’s right here in Teaneck, New Jersey!! The other chain steakhouses, such as Jimmy V’s and Morton’s may have the marketing and advertising, but Zina’s has the best food. It’s the real deal. I would highly recommend it without reservation (but I think it would be appropriate to make a reservation for this restaurant). It is a neighborhood gem. You’ll thank me later.
