Since 1964, Rosati’s Pizza has been using old Italian family recipes to bring the freshest, most authentic Chicago Pizza to neighborhoods in many states (and we continue to grow)! We forego trends and stick to tradition in order to Keep It Real! We use Real Ingredients for all of our pizza — Chicago Deep Dish, Thin Crust, Stuffed, and Double Dough! Our dough and sauce are made fresh every day, and our delicious cheese is hand-grated daily. Ingredients? We pile them high! In addition to pizza, we’re known for our amazing Italian pasta dishes (baked lasagna, mostaccioli and more), Italian Beef sandwiches, homemade breadsticks, wings, and antipasto. Delivery is fast and fresh. We’re the ROSATI family and we, just like our Pizza, KEEP IT REAL!

I went outside when notified the driver was approaching and waited over ten minutes. The driver never arrived, wouldn’t answer calls, and instead sent messages for nearly thirty minutes claiming he was outside when he wasn’t. He even sent a photo of the wrong building. It later became clear the DoorDash driver took my food.
When I called Rosati’s, I was told nothing could be done because the order showed as delivered and that it was DoorDash’s fault. There was no accountability, while my hungry grandchildren waited.
After calling DoorDash—despite not ordering through them—and waiting over 20 minutes for owner approval, the restaurant finally agreed to resend the food. Nearly two hours after ordering, the food arrived rushed and incorrect: the pizza was undercooked despite requesting well done, and marinara sauce was given instead of the ranch I paid for.
When I called back the next day seeking a refund, I was denied and again told it was DoorDash’s fault. As much as I’ve loved this pizza place in the past, this lack of accountability has cost
It doesn’t have to be Michelin quality, but if they’re both great, then I’m giving them 5 stars. Thank you!
Our food took forever — other tables that came after us got served first. When we politely asked about it, she rolled her eyes and said “it’s coming” in the most dismissive tone ever. No apology, no explanation. When the food finally came, half of it was cold, and the pizza was greasy and soggy.
What made it worse was how unprofessional she was. She was literally gossiping loudly about customers right behind the counter — including us — like we couldn’t hear her. Completely disrespectful. The younger staff looked uncomfortable too, which says a lot about how she must treat them.
I get that everyone has bad days, but the way this woman talks to people is beyond rude. It’s one thing for the food to be bad, but being treated like that? Never again. Save your time and your money — there are way better places that actually appreciate their customers.
That was extremely disrespectful. I paid for something I didn’t get, and they didn’t even try to make it right. No apology, no solution, just “there’s no pizza for you.” That’s really poor service and not how any business should treat their customers.
