The food is very tasty and truly has that Salvadoran touch, but unfortunately the service is terrible. The waitresses are rude, spend their time gossiping, and it’s clear that friends or acquaintances receive preferential treatment. You have to wait for them to finish chatting just to pay or pick up your order, and if you try to place an order by phone, they almost never answer. It’s a shame, because the food is worth it, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

The food is authentic and delicious . When it’s busy they take a long time to bring the food out , but it’s worth the wait .
I had an issue with the server because I left my sweater on a booth on a Friday . I called Saturday morning to ask them to save it for me and I told them that I would pick it up during the week . I went the following Friday and the server said a lady had thrown it away . I would understand if it had been over a month that I didn’t pick it up , but it had just been a week .
Super unprofessional, first of all what lady ? ( in Spanish she said Ella lo tiro ya no esta ) Who is Ella? The manager , the shift leader , the owner .
This reflects bad attitude from the whole staff . They have poor customer service skills. For this reason I will never be back again due to poor management system and bad attitude.

They take a really long time for the food but it’s pretty fresh.. Busy so I would suggest you order ahead of time and still wait a little while to go pick up.. Pupusas are pretty big and good for $3.50 each and they have smaller ones for $2.50 I think.. The quesadilla are good as well is like a corn bread and there about $7 the big one.. The food is as big as a regular plate as you can see I just get the bean and cheese..

The reason I’m giving this place a bad review is because the service is horrible. The food is great. I give it that much. I went in with my husband, and they took almost 20 mins acknowledged us. Aside from that, the other customers kept waiting for their food to come out. They looked annoyed. When they finally did get their attention, the waitress had a bad attitude with them. There were two female serves. One just stood around talking, and the other kept taking in phone orders. We finally left. We have had better service in the past. I am not sure what’s happening now.

I would love to give this place a 4 but unfortunately waiting nearly 40 minutes for 3 pupusas it’s a bit much. the food is delicious the staff is very friendly and the price is right on. You should check this place out but be prepared to weight. If you’re saying to yourself I don’t want to wait that long for my food then order ahead. they seem to know they’re fairly slow and I kept hearing the phone ring so people are aware of it. Definitely will go back.
