I love Dairy Queen. This location doesn’t seem to have the same desire to serve as the other one’s I go to. They don’t serve value meals. A 18 dollar meal turned out to be 31 by the time we substituted something else for our preferred 3 piece chicken. Then they wanted another 75 cents for dipping sauce.

Not impressed. Food was meh. You could tell the burgers were not super fresh like they’d been sitting. Want ranch with your fries? No problem! They charge .75 PER SAUCE. Never understood this practice – they give the stuff away at CFA, Sonic, others…It’s a poor customer experience. Shakes were good but they (meaning several DQ locations) cannot figure out how to hand you a milkshake without it spilled all over the outside. Surprised they don’t charge extra for napkins. The great thing is this is America, and I can choose not to go back!

Food was bomb, expensive but so good. We came in last 30 min and the staff was great about it. Very, very clean. We didn’t feel rushed or like they were upset we took a while. Oh, the food came out so quick, fresh, and hot we barely got our drinks and sat down and they brought our food tray. From what I seen it was a bunch of high school kids working and they did an amazing job.

Just ate here an hour ago but developed severe stomach upset. Had the spicy chicken strip burger. I don’t know if it is the fry / burger or the chicken strips. Had to stop midway at Boneville dam to rush to the restroom. I miss Chick-Fil-A.

First, the place was swarming with staff. Compared to other companies which have cut their teams to the bone, this was a wonderful sight to see. People! And they were friendly helpful and executed my order quickly and efficiently, but most of all, this business felt like it was a part of the community – not just another tiny food factory in some investors portfolio. I’ve been to this Dairy Queen many times in the past. This place had changed for the worse. Considering that teenagers are hired into that place makes me reconsider going there now. Reason being I’ve had a hard time just to get a sauce, they were rude, inconsiderate, childish, and sassy about it. I know it’s only a sauce, but they stated that there is supposed to be a sauce in each meal, they gave me none to begin with. I asked specifically in the beginning to get it, I had to argue with those kids. They were going to charge me an extra fee for those sauces on top of that which I thought was stupid.
As for the chicken strip basket they gave me 9 small fries in my basket which I thought I didn’t get my money worth.
I WOULDNT GO THERE AGAIN.
Ps: it was gross standing in the building and I wouldn’t hire those teenagers they were just standing around talking and on their phones.

Horrible customer service placed a mobile order that was missing chicken and then when called to let them know they argued with me and stated they remember putting the chicken in….. and basically accused me of lying. Long time hood river resident and customer of Dairy Queen and will never be returning to this establishment! Definitely should train Denise on her customer service skills.

The ordering system was not able to transmit an order (#33538691530899462) scheduled for today.
There was an issue communicating the order to the in-store system.
I was in the drive-through when this happened. The young lady at the window took my phone to the cook so they could get my order correct. She gave me back my phone and had me pull into a waiting spot for my order. A nice young man brought me my food, and apologized for the inconvenience. The whole team was very professional and accommodating. There is no need to refund the charges for my order, because I got exactly what I ordered. Thank-you for you awesome service!
