I ordered 2 pizzas with pan crust for pick up. When we got home we opened the box and noticed that the crust was wrong, it was thin and doughy unlike the crunchy buttery crust I was expecting from the pan. I called and spoke to a man, upon explaining what happened he said to take the pizzas back and they would exchange them. I sent my roommate to get the pizzas, when he arrived the man looked at the pizza and said naw that’s pan crust and slid it back to him. Mind you I have ordered the same pizzas exactly the same 3 times before, and immediately noticed the difference. He did not attempt in the least to make it right. We ended up with cold dinner that was not made right. The pizza was wrong and the customer service was horrible. Pizza hut you need to do better.

I ordered meat lovers melt,and it was such a disappointment I had a triangle bread with barely meat and cheese on it.I had 3 slices of pepperoni, 2 little bits of ham and about 6 little pieces of beef.Dry and not very appetizing.
I would avoid this location at all cost.First and last time ordering from them.

Picked up my order around 9:05 PM 6/17/25 Aint no way yall really served me this bro…. not only was the chicken NOT COOKED, but the pizza had cold spots throughout and was also not cooked all the way through. My stomach doing cartwheels right now

Very disappointed. I ordered melt meat lovers and they’re overcooked ikea almost burnt. Not soft like they should be. It was hard to bite down on some area. I also ordered drinks and didn’t have it delivered. I also had breadsticks and they are soft and delicious. Not sure if I will order pizza hut in near future but will order breadsticks.

$4 for a side of French fries. I get home and this is what they served me. A total of about 10 French fries(most of them little pcs). Yall need to do better, potatoes are not that expensive to be out here rationing. Do better yall a billion dollar corporation, we keep yall in business. 40cents per French fry

Picked up my to-go order veggie pasta bowl and pizza. called because pasta was dry and veggies were raw. The manager/cashier named CHRISTIAN was absolutely the rudest and nastiest person I have ever encountered! I was told among other things that I had to bring the pasta back and he was absolutely rude the minute I got there and was only going to give me 1/2 of my purchase amount back!!! Then he refused to give it back to me in cash even though that’s how I’d paid and had the receipt but if I wanted my full price for the veggie bowl, I had to put it on a card WHAT??? Then he still omitted the tax. I had to argue with him to get that back!!! He has a real problem because the way he talked to me was horrible especially for someone who calls themselves the MANAGER.He was trying to tell me that I brought the pasta back because I didn’t like my pizza when I never even complained about the pizza but he wanted it back too in order for me to get a refund on the pasta!!! What the heck is wrong with this dude and what kind of people does Pizza Hut employing as managers? Just too much ridiculous drama to deal with for a mediocre meal from Pizza Hut. Not worth it at all.

Pizza Hut is pretty busy. I went around 8pm to get a pizza and there were people in line. I order a large pizza with three topping. It took around 20-30 minutes for the pizza to be ready. There is a strange beep going on here non stop. It was hard to find this placing using the google map but finally found it two rounds around the block.
