Generally I like Hardee’s and I’ve been to this location a number of times. Service this evening 10/25/2014 service was terrible. Took about 5 minutes before I was able to place an order with one customer in front of me. They were using the drive-thru register to take all of the orders, including the counter. Handed over my credit card and counter person disappeared for several minutes before returning with it. Normally they give you a number to put on your table so they can bring food, but said because they weren’t using counter registers, they couldn’t give out numbers. Gave us our drink cups and said they’d bring the food out. Went to get drinks and several were out. Finally made a choice and set down to wait on our food. After waiting over 15 minutes and watching customers that arrived after us get their food, I went to check on my order. They couldn’t find my ticket or any evidence that I’d placed an order. It took another 5 minutes for them to process a refund and didn’t even ask if I wanted them to fix my order or generally didn’t even seem to care that I had come in. Could be just an off night for them, but it certainly wasn’t a shining example of good customer service.

The food Hardees serves in my opinion is generally better than most of your typical fast food restaurants. And the quality of food at this location is no different. Still good. However the service has been sub par the last few times I have gone there and this visit was probably the worst. Every customer waited 20 minutes or more for their food and there were only 3 of us. I am sure this particular location has lost business due to this issue and as for myself it will be quite a while before I venture over there again.

Horrible experience all the way around! I grew up in southern California and now live in southern Mississippi and haven’t enjoyed a Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr. in over 5 years. We were very excited when we spotted one today and couldn’t wait to enjoy a charbroiled burger and crisscut fries. First, the advertised new food item that they had signs up for was Spicy Chicken Strips. We attempted to order some and were dismayed to find that they did not carry them at all. Next, we ordered a burger combo and we’re informed that they were out of Coke. We then tried to order a beef taco and were once again told that they did not have any tacos available. We settled on the burger combo with a Sprite. We got to the window, the rude cashier turned her back to us then told us to pull forward because they were waiting on our spicy chicken to cook. We told her we didn’t order spicy chicken because they told us they didn’t have any. Then, with her back still turned she said oh no, I mean we are waiting on… She didn’t finish what she was saying and kept her back turned so we just pulled forward to wait. After almost 10 minutes the food was brought out to us. The burgers were acceptable, but the fries were some kind of seasoned curly fries (like Jack in the Box and Arby’s carry) that, to my knowledge are not even the kind of fries that Hardee’s sells, and the worst part is that they had obviously dropped them back in the fryer to reheat them and they were VERY burnt and disgusting! Needless to say, we were so utterly disappointed that after waiting for over 5 years to have this food again, it was so severely lacking and horrible. Will obviously NOT EVER visit this awful place again and I highly recommend you don’t waste your money there either!!

Not a good experience at all. Person working the drive thru told us to pull up since they were making a fresh batch of fries. Waited 10 mins before I had to go in to find out where my food was. It was just sitting there in the bag while other drive thru customers were getting their food at the window. Fries were cold and not even filled up all of the way. Completely disappointed in this service.

I used to stop here once a week for breakfast and get their cinnamon raisin biscuit. They always told me it would be a 2-3 minute wait because they made them fresh to order, AND IT WAS AWESOME. I never once minded the wait because I would get it fresh from the oven, hot with the icing melting all over it. But then their morning personnel changed and now their cinnamon raisin biscuits are pre-made and you’re lucky if they’re even warm. Today the one they gave me was barely warm, dry and crumbly like it was made yesterday. So… no more for me. Bring back the old A.M. crew; they made this Hardee’s worth stopping at.

Went through your drive-thru yesterday. Food was fantastic as usual but girl at window was so rude. We will not return here !!!! Visited Hardee’s in Picayune , Ms. today and what a difference. Entire staff were very professional and polite !!!

Showed up restaurant was dead. Placed my order 20 minutes later no food. Ask a employee he said “I placed the order the rest was on the to make it.” all the staff is in back joking around. Asked for curry fries got a pile of mash potatoes. This is by far the worst Hardee’s I have ever seen.

I never come to Hardee’s !! But because I saw a $5 box on tv figure they could lure me in.
Big mistake!! Went for lunch long line figure i would wait.. as I was ordering they said they no longer had the $5 dollar deal.. saw commercial on Sunday it was Tuesday..so I opted for the chicken strips $8 dollars later for (Old-cold wait in line tenders) I remembered why I do not come here .. or any Hardee’s any more..

Please shut the doors so another fast food will come in to serve good food!! Maybe KFC that would be nice….

I did not eat here. I intended to eat because I like Hardees. No TP in restroom. Paper towels holder empty too. There was a roll of paper towels on top. Trash can overflowing. If they can’t keep up a bathroom better, I don’t want them touching my food.

Do not ever go to this restaurant. Food was slapped together, messy, and the buns looked old. Orders where not right even after the third time we told and second time management told them. Plus they skipped over our orders for people who came after us and ordered more than we did. Guess you gotta be the right color here for good service.
