This location has very bad quality control issues. We encounter an issue with our order on average every 1/3 orders. The problem is that due to the nature of a burrito, it’s hard to check if it was made right and we live a distance away. This time they forgot the meat in my burrito. It’s just frustrating. I’ve worked in food service. Mistakes happen, but the sheer frequency that they happen at this location is unacceptable. Forgetting a random topping is one thing, forgetting the main meat entree which drives the cost of the item is a complete other.

The issue that brings down the score is 2 burritos and chips and salsa for $42+, it wouldn’t be horrible “if” it was consistent and was given a decent amount of chips and salsa (it is WAY WAY over-priced) The way the make them as well, toss a coin to see how it tastes, and for that price it better be perfect every time… it is not. Not even close. So if you are willing to pay more than it is worth and maybe get a bad burrito and barely any chips and salsa then go for it. Eat there maybe so you can complain in person. Taking it home is just an expensive gamble.

Ordered delivery through the freebirds app. When it arrived, the bag was torn open and my burrito was completely unwrapped. The foil was barely on it at all. I didn’t feel safe eating it as I don’t know what was done to it. Have been calling the store repeatedly but no one answers the phone. This location has gone completely downhill in the past few months.

Freebies used to be great but this was a much different experience. The food was cold, some items weren’t available, and what i got was a bit sus. I visited during lunch but there was only one other customer thus not busy. Recommend skipping this location.

We stop here almost weekly as it’s my son’s favorite spot. I’ve had their bowls, salads and tacos. The food has always been really good.

Get the monster, I had chicken and a lots of extras. I like the choice of different tortillas flavors too. Spinach was very good.their queso was really good too. Nice and clean, friendly staff too. Would definitely come back.

This freebirds is awesome and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and are happy to explain the choices, especially for the undecided like myself. It is always a treat to visit this location. The meat is cut good (unlike chipotle) and I feel good after eating (unlike chipotle).

Won’t be visiting again. Picked up my online order and arrived at work only to find the protein I paid for not in my bowl and the queso I paid extra for also not included. The rice was undercooked as well. A bit frustrating to pay for stuff and not get it. Partially my fault for not checking my food before arriving back at work but with short lunch breaks you are rushing back to where you need to be in time. Definitely won’t be eating at this location again as I feel I wasted money paying for stuff I didn’t even get.
