If you want a consistent meal, go anywhere else. This McDonald’s is fantastic for hiring people who only know how to whisper and for the food being extremely hit or miss. More often than not it’s not good and it doesn’t seem to matter what time of day you come.

just mad I spent 40 dollars on food and you couldn’t even give me the correct condiments, It’s literally on my order history I wanted 3 bbq and 3 of the hot honey and this is what o received, at this point your trying to mess my order up

I’ve never had an issue with this McDonalds in the many years i’ve visited, but i’ve really noticed a recent improvement on their customer service! The staff is always extremely kind, professional, and thorough.

Every time you go to this McDonald’s in Chestertown MD the employees always have ear buds in their ear and can’t even take your order right the mangers don’t even care they let them do it you go through drive thru and it takes forever before they answer you at the speaker and then when you pull to the window you see everyone with ear phones and ear buds and the head set for work isn’t even on their ear you order a 40 piece nugget they only give you 20 nuggets and says that’s what you ordered maybe if you pay attention like you do your phone this McDonald’s would be okay if you get better employees and managers!!

Food was perfect. Men’s room smelled like old hot urine. Absolutely disgusting. You wash your hands in the bathroom but there’s no paper towels and you have to touch a dirty door handle to get out. Do better guys. I ate here for breakfast, it was probably the best McDonald’s breakfast I have ever had

Best McDonald’s Employees Ever!
The employees that work here are some of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure of serving me. This is the best location I’ve ever been to, with kind workers that serve you quickly and know exactly what they’re doing. I always do mobile ordering and they get my order correct 100% of the time. They not only always politely greet me in the drive-thru and wish me a great day when they hand me my food, but go above and beyond to make my experience fantastic. Always quick as can be, always nice and working hard. No matter if it’s an early morning breakfast sandwich or a late night snack, they always get me in and out quick while also making the drive-thru experience very pleasant. My thanks go out to all the employees of this location for all the hard work they do day-in and day-out for this community. ❤️

Poor service don’t recommend anyone going here when management allows workers to be disrespectful. 2 times recently I’ve been there drive through has trash attitudes. Not worth the money.

Every table was dirty. I actually went out in my car and brought in my own sanitizer wipes and wiped my table off. Floors sticky and the bathroom yuck!!! Taking 10-15 minutes to freshen the store up goes a long way. Poop on floor in the bathroom and in the lobby. Women threw up in the trash can and no one changed the trash. Also want to say when the woman told the Manager she didn’t seem like it was an emergency.
