Really great for a food truck! Steak taco was good, meat quality seemed good; I’d ask for extra cilantro next time. Chicken quesadilla was tasty with plenty of tender chicken; I’d add sour cream next time. The homemade taco sauce was very tasty with a nice kick to it. The service was fantastic- I couldn’t even make it to the window and she was already walking out to take my order and she delivered to us in the car. Taco and quesadilla was only $6.25.

We just tried them today I got a torta de asada and tacos de asada. They were both really good. I liked that they were plated with grilled onions and a chile toreado. They also had plenty of meat and cilantro y cebolla and they gave us plenty of salsa!

Young lady who took our order was very nice and patient with us we ordered 2 burritos and a taco food was delicious she even offered to bring it to our truck because it was so cold Bless her heart! Will be back anytime I’m passing through.

I will start off by saying there are very few food trucks I would go to more than once, unless the food is consistently good or great.
Taco Stop is one of those trucks…
The produce is always fresh.
Everything I have tried from the menu is always good, some things are actually great.
Prices are low considering the generous portions.
I have eaten @ Taco Stop in Hooker over a dozen times, having tried something from each kind of food they make. I love the green chillies chicken burrito, add sour cream. (No extra charge for the sour cream)

By far one of the Very BEST Taco Trucks that I’ve came across in quite awhile now since moving out of Colorado! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping by to have a taste of whatever you desire because I’ll just tell you that NOT ONE SINGLE menu item of theirs will disappoint you one bit! Enjoy!!

Ordered the torta, I got a single slice of tomato sliced in half and two slices of half a jalapeño I’m just very disappointed because the lady said all the food was good but they skimp on the toppings? Not worth it for 9 bucks if you ask me. Maybe some of the other food is good tho idk. I won’t be going back
