My daughter and I had a girls day out today. We both love Firehouse and have always had great food and service until today. We ordered the French dip and the Italian sub also 2 orders of fries. Three employees were working not one employee greeted us or had any interaction with the other guests that came in. Our order was missing the fries so we ask about them and had to wait till 4 other guests recieved their food before she gave us the fries. My french dip was still cold in the center and very little meat on the sandwich. I asked for ketchup for our fries and was given 2 packets. When I ask for more she told me she would check on it. I have never had bad service or food at any Firehouse I have gone to. Maybe the employees could at least speak to the guest and try to get our orders straight. There was a total of 7 guest in at the time we were there so it was not that they were so busy.

Hands down best sub! Every sub we had was special order and they were made properly and we had a pretty large order. Staff was friendly and nice. The order was ready before the time on the app. We will definitely be going back!

I order my subs for pick up once in a while from this location. But they never make my subs the way they should. They always forget to put my jalapeño and banana peppers. The flavors never miss but my add ons do. If it was more consistent, I would give it a 5 star. I also always ask for an extra pickle, because firehouse’s pickles are the best ever. But it’s hit or miss too. Either I get my one pickle only, or I don’t get pickles at all.

I went into this location to purchase a gluten free bun.Because firehouse, gluten free buns are really good and I needed it for a family get together where they wouldn’t have any gluten free options. I was informed that they no longer sell them and shouldn’t have been selling them to begin with. He also said the district manager said that they could not sell them even though when I purchased them in the past, they were actually in the system. The guy also said that it must have been a different owner where i bought the last ones. I am sure they don’t get that many requests for just a bun. I will never go back to this location or any that is owned by them.

I’ve been going to firehouse subs for a long time. I just moved here and I love the one on Fairview drive in Simpsonville. Amazing food and they always have the gluten free bread. Sooo yummy!

I had an overall good experience at this location. The staff was friendly and the steak and cheese sub was good. The service and Speed of the food preparation was higher than I received the other locations. The store was clean, I will definitely be back at this location to order again.

Haven’t been here in awhile, kids asked to go. Walked in no towels in bathroom. Had to hunt for clean table, just a mess (3 other customers were eating). 4 employees inside 1 out back smoking. Order food and chili tasted burnt, steak and cheese sandwich was good. Kids enjoyed sandwiches. No crackers for chili. Chip rack was in sad shape. On the plus side employees were very polite.
