First and last time at Doc’s. Was recommended for their pizza rolls, although I don’t know why! 1st order they forgot I was in my car ( to go order) which they said they would bring them out so they knew I was waiting. Food left in the back and got cold enough for the cheese to harden. Sausage ones had almost no sausage in them. Called and they said they would replace on our next visit. Went back changed from sausage to pepperoni ordered them to go, same exact results. If you want cheese sticks they might be good if you can get them hot but do not expect toppings! When asked they do toppings by weight instead of by what’s needed to fill the dough/crust! Pictures show the dough left over after you take the extra off so you can get a decent crust/topping ratio! Not going back and would not recommend!

Ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza and garlic cheese bread. Those were great! However, I also ordered the spicy chicken Alfredo and it was not good. The chicken is grey which is not only disappointing but dangerous. Delivery was great.

The food was decent, not much flavor in the pizza. But I have to leave a review about the service. Most places do not have great customer service, especially when there is a lot of young people working there. But this pizza spot REALLY HIT THE MARK on the service. I was in yesterday evening with family and I have not had genuine customer service like that in so long. Just because of the service I would come back and try other items to find something I love. Excellent hiring and training on the owners part. Other places in the area should take notes from you! Thanks for the great service!

Great pizza place for this area. Pizza is always cooked perfectly. We always add extra cheese on the cheese pizza. They are on time with their estimates when picking up. Price is good for what you get. Staff are super friendly and inside is clean and easy to get around. Try this if you haven’t yet. Definitely the pizza place of Lindale!!

We stumbled on to this place passing through town on vacation and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Staff was nice and took time to answer our questions and to give some recommendations. We ended up getting the bacon cheeseburger pizza, pepperoni pizza rolls, and a buffalo chicken sandwich to which it was all really good. If we lived close by we would certainly be regulars!

After doing an event I need carbs and I love pizza so lucky for me this spot was down the street from my hotel! Quite possibly the best pizza Ive had in awhile! A true gem in Lindale Tx! Perfect balance of sauce to cheese and the crust brings it all together! If you are in or close to Lindale/Tyler stop by. The young lady at the counter was very nice and the price is even nicer!

Probably the most unprofessional experience I’ve had in 2025. Made an online order, took exactly 12 minutes for someone to get out of the kitchen to help me. Mind you, I was the only person in the store. They saw me through the glass and just continued screaming and playing and eating. The food was as expected but the level of customer service was absolutely awful. I’m all for giving kids jobs but you’ve got to manage them or they will give awful experiences like this because none of them had any level of professionalism whatsoever.
