Pizza was ok. The bread was a weird texture and a bit mashed up, but not too bad. Their pizza is usually delivered in better conditions so this isn’t a common occurrence. Other than that I always have a good experience with this business.

I purchase 2 3 meat pizza with extra cheese and when I picked the order up on one had extra cheese on the pizza. I go back and asked to compensated for my time young black guy tells me no because it’s extra cheese on there and starts pointing at certain spots in the pizza that has “extra cheese”. Arguing with me back and forth about how he know it’s extra cheese first of all customer is always right and this store needs better customer service this was unacceptable. Then he proceeds to tell his co workers and starts laughing out loud while customer is still in there making a complaint.

Go to any other pizza place, they hand you your pizza through the window and off you go. Here, you have to park, go inside, use an app to find a three digit code, punch it into a machine, wait for the door to open, take your pizza out, push the done button to close the door, then get back in your car and go. Perfect example of technology supposedly designed for “convenience” making it way harder, not easier. We are going backwards as a society.
Oh and employees’ idea of helping you (instead of just handing you the pizza) is to ask to take your phone from you and show you how the app works. No thanks wow.

I placed a delivery order around 6. It was supposed to get here between 6:30 and 7. The app kept saying the driver was waiting at the store, and then it switched to three different drivers. Then, literally just now, a couple of minutes before closing, it said it was canceled. It was four pizzas and cost $50. I will dispute the transaction once it has been processed.
I also tried calling earlier to cancel around 8 PM, and no one answered the phone.
I definitely won’t recommend this service.

I stopped by Little Caesar’s around 12:20 today, as I often do, and just wanted to give credit where it’s due. I always order a custom pizza with no red sauce because of an allergy, so it basically comes out like a cheese bread. I know this can be tricky to make since it can burn easily, but the team here always makes sure it comes out just right.
The young man at the window is always polite and friendly, and the cook who makes my pizza takes the time to ensure it’s prepared perfectly. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, I really appreciate the effort and kindness from this crew. They truly go above and beyond, and it deserves to be recognized.

We love little caesars. Ordered 4 pies for a birthday party and were told it would be a 20 minute wait. Showed up at the store at the 20-minute mark. I was asked for my name and told they would check my order. The guy working the register dealt with some sketchy customers for about 10-15 minutes, and then got back to me and said he would go check on the status again. Watched him pull our order out of the warmer. It had been in there the entire time I was waiting. :/
Again, great product! Just disappointing service at this location.

The afternoon/evening manager needs to consider a different career path. This one is not for him. Totally clueless when it comes to customer service. It reflects on some of the crew as well.
One day I order through the app and the app has issues getting the price right, so I give up on it and go to the store and order in person. They won’t accept a coupon deal for my in person order and tell me to order on the app I told them it’s not working. I show them the coupon price, but they won’t accept it. It was for a free crazy bread.
So rather than arguing with them over a 10 cent doughball. I told them to forget about it and I gave my business to another pizza place.
After a month goes by. I thought maybe I would give them another try. This time, the app/coupon works and I get my free crazy bread with my order. However, when I get home, I see that it has no garlic butter or Parmesan cheese on it, just plain bread.
So I save it for them to bring back the next day. The manager wanted to put butter/cheese on that same bread from the one I took back to them which is now a day old. They asked if I wanted a new order of bread, which I said of course. Common sense and good customer service should have been applied here.
I should have looked at it before I left (my fault). They gave me a reject miniature order (see picture) in place of my already messed up order.
2 strikes.
I’ll give them another few months to get themselves together. I’m sure that manager won’t work out and should be gone by then.

Waited 10 minutes in an empty lobby with workers staring at me. I whistled and shouted to try and get their attention.
Tried doing the drive through, waited another few minutes with no service.

What is this Little Caesar’s? Half of my pretzel crust pizza did not have cheese or pepperoni on it only the cheese sauce. I love this pizza and I wish that this pizza would come back as a permanent pizza, but whenever I looked at it the first time it looked exactly like that you can tell from the far left that there isn’t anything on that piece of pizza, I don’t want an apology, I either want another pretzel crust pizza for free or a discount on the next pizza I get. An apology is nice, but it isn’t gonna fix what happened.
