Terrible food. Their pizzas are half the size they used to be and they are always understaffed. We ordered from their App and received burnt and terrible food. Went into the store and they couldn’t refund my money. We had to contact their corporate office online and wait to see if we can get s refund.

Ordered a pizza online for my grandma today, Aug 20 2023, because she doesn’t need to be out during the storm. Everything says you’re opened and it went through. It’s now been a few hours since the scheduled time, and no delivery. No phone call. Nothing. I can’t even call because it never connects on your end. So now you have left my grandma without dinner. I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas today to be picked up. The staff was friendly and my food was hot and ready to go when I arrived. I was a bit underwhelmed that the toppings were so skimpy, and didn’t come anywhere close to the edge of the pizza . The overall product tasted good to be fair, but it was dry and chewy because of the lack of toppings. The un- topped portion of the crust was dry and almost inedible, I may go back and try again, but with so many other options, it may take awhile for me to get around to it. I live to see local businesses thrive, but in order to do that you’ve got to deliver a good product.

My first impression, took to long to place order the girl who closed last night and opened was just looking at the pizzas when she could have been cleaning tables sweeping and or mopping. My pizza is as 3/4 the size from the last time I came, a little more care in building my pizza would have been nice. We sat down to sit for our pizza the floor was so so sticky I thought o was at a movie that theater we got wipes to clean our table. Got our pizza it was a little burnt ok I told my wife that it had character the outside eating area was filthy trash everywhere worst than inside I’m sorry but for the amount of money paid this will be my last time coming here

This Piology restaurant used to be the best in the area with great food and friendly staff and great seating. As of the last year to now the place has gone down big time. Half the time I’ve been here the restaurant is filthy, seating is terrible and not clean and the staff isn’t friendly or inviting plus the pizza comes out burnt or takes too long. I would stay clear of this place and would not recommend spending your time or money here. Don’t take my word for it and let the photos I post explain.

We ordered 1/2 bbq chicken and 1/2 alfredo bacon chicken on the thin original crust and 2 fountain drinks. Paid for our order and went to get our drinks. The drink machine had no regular soda (only zero or sugar free) and not one word from the person who checked us out. We went back to the cashier and asked for our money back . If had known we just would have gotten water or decided to go somewhere else. The person had to call for a manager to approve but when he gave me back the money it was only $4.00! The drinks were 2.99 each plus tax. Then on top of it when we get our pizza the bbq chicken 1/2 of the pizza had NO BBQ sauce on it. I couldn’t believe it. We will not be coming back to this Pieology in Banning ,CA! (Garlic Cheese bread was great!)

There were only 2 people on this shift on a Sunday afternoon. The ingredients were not that fresh anymore, and the pizzas tastes bland. Floors needed cleaning. Place just feels old. It can use a little bit of refreshing, and life like how it was before.
