I had a good experience tonight, the girl who waited on me i think her name was Jessica was very nice. She was quick making the sub & didn’t smash it or make it with barely anything on it like what usually happens. The guy that ring me out was very nice as well & quick. I was in a rush so this was great. I don’t eat here often because I’m not a fan of the female manager here, she’s very rude & yells at the employees which makes them tense & nervous, so i was happy to have gotten food when she wasn’t there while the employees were relaxed & happy. I would come again as long as the female manager isn’t there. Things go smoother, quicker, and food isn’t smashed.

Wow I will never return to yhis place again. This was my first direct experience if racism. I walked into the store, there was already 5 other people in line. They all was white. The staff took their order each admeditely one by one. When it came to me the 2 women workers started prepping sub. They didn’t even look at me nor take my order. They were just prepping subs. I ask if I could have a soup, they said nothing. I seen right their They were ignoring me so I decide to see they subs for. I was waiting there almost 15 min at this point I found it funny. And finally the guy in the back came up to me with a bad attitude and ask can I help yo. I ask can I get some soup. He said we don’t have none at this time. I just walked out. Never about. 6pm Friday April 14. Lettuce was brown. Asked if they could use fresh lettuce, but the girl said she couldn’t control how they get their lettuce and asked me to leave if I didn’t want a sub. Unfortunately, I’ll never return.

This review is a reflection of corporate policy – need to watch fine print on their coupons or discount punch cards, they are only good at certain locations and won’t honor them by others.
Really should figure out an internal system to make it right everywhere.

The portions are really great here. Never have I ever had an unfriendly worker when I come in. One of my favorite places downtown to just sit and eat. The owners are very friendly poeple.

I’ve been coming to this Subway for quite sometime, not only is the dining there amazing the staff are extremely costumer friendly and their quick with their sandwiches the environment provided by the cleanliness of the shop and the kindness of the employees makes this easily the best place to grab a quick bite in all of Grove City Pennsylvania. On top of that the employee Forrest Baker has always been emaculant on customer satisfaction not only with how he serves but the man always manages to bring a smile to my face no matter what mood I’m in I mean this guy should be the face of Subway absolutely a STAR employee he should be made a manager before too long!!!!

The Subway in Grove City will not honor coupons or digital coupons it is ridiculous because he lost money during COVID and he honored the coupon same coupon a couple times I say band this subway as he is not honoring the coupons that the corporation themselves send out

Store is well maintained. Service is fairly fast. If you are short on time You can call in an order and it will be ready for pickup when you get there.
