This KFC location deserves some serious recognition. Although they’re clearly understaffed, you’d never know it from the level of customer service they provide. The staff is consistently polite, professional, and hardworking. Every time I visit, the chicken is fresh and exactly what you expect from KFC—crispy, hot, and delicious.
KFC is known for its consistency, and this location delivers that despite being short-handed. I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the team here. They’re doing a great job under pressure—now someone get them some backup!

There’s a drive through here. Since there’s a long lineup of cars we go inside to get our chicken sandwiches. We are asked to wait 10 minutes to get fresh ones made. That’s ok with us. Well it turns to be a 20 minutes’s wait. There seems to be a bit of issues in prioritizing and organizing. The restaurant is very clean. The decorations are nice and fun. They messed up the order a little. At the end it’s all worth it. They are juicy crunchy big and delicious.

They had two people in there they gave me a four pieces of thighs that I had to take home and put in the oven for an hour if you’re looking for a meal that you have to go home and cook that’s place to go Granada sucks Grenada sucks man they should bulldoze the place down shut it down the only person in there long haired braided guy he hustles man he can’t run the store by himself the nice lady in front of me the nice lady in front of me told me she’d been waiting 30 minutes for a chicken wrap I waited 30 minutes to 20 minutes for the worst meal I ever had in my life the manager there should be hung they should send them all to Jimmy John’s in bulldozer that spot down and make a parking lot

I’m updating my review from a two-star to a 5 star. I tried this place six months ago and I was not happy at all. Tonight’s visit staff were so friendly. Store was super clean. Food was fresh and awesome taste and not greasy at all. Front desk cashier was pro, hayden. Overall it’s nice to see such great improvement. Definitely coming back. Tried the 2 for 5 chicken wraps it was a really good.

I ordered 2 8 piece meals with mashed, gravey and cole slaw. I received 1 16 piece bucket with no sides. I specifically asked that the orders be packed separately because they were going to 2 different places. The girl at the window said she was sorry but couldn’t take back the bag to repackage. My bad for not checking order before I drove 35 miles home to discover all I had was 16 pieces in a bucket! That’s what $50 gets you these days!

Wow. Just wow. I didn’t know it was possible to burn honey BBQ sauce until I met KFC’s version. It tasted like someone reheated yesterday’s leftovers, forgot about them, and then said, “eh, it’s fine throw it on the wings.” Sweet, smoky, and… scorched. A true culinary mystery.
And the two-piece chicken? Let’s just say it looked like the skin took a swim in a deep fryer that hadn’t seen clean oil since 1998. The “batter” wasn’t crispy it was just a sad, greasy coat holding on for dear life.
To top it off, the presentation was tragic. I opened that box and immediately thought, Did this meal get hit by a train? Because it sure looked like one passed through before it reached me.
KFC used to stand for Kentucky Fried Chicken. Now it’s more like Kindly Forget Cooking. If I wanted burned sauce and oily batter, I’d just fry regrets at home.

Ordered a pick-up order. I arrived later than the time said because I saw that this place is veryy behind. Upon getting there, there was a line of cars waiting by the curb and a few people were also waiting inside. The orders were extremely backed up and the staff didn’t seem to be in a rush whatsoever. I finally got my food after 15 minutes (keep in mind I ordered this food an hour ago. I should have been ready when i got there). I get home to see that the 5pc tender combo i ordered is missing the side AND the sauces. I only get a biscuit and tenders!?! All that time to make the food and you couldn’t even do it right? Disappointing and shameful. Do better!! I’m very Dissatisfied and would NOT recommend this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS KFC!!

The gentleman that waited on me was kind enough, I just got the idea he was new. He didn’t give me my drink cup so I could get my drink at the machine, as I was eating in. He went were they do the drinks fir the drive through and filled my drink himself with what my choice was.

I went through the drive thru order a 3 piece tenders combo meal, it took 12 minutes, and I was second in line, I don’t mind waiting if food was fresh , but just the opposite fries were cold and chicken was cold and chewy just like the turkey in Chevy Chase Christmas vacation, it will be my last experience at that KFC and this was at 5pm a time you would expect the food to be somewhat fresh, never again.
