Often missing ingredients in the salad, when we order, but what prompted me to post is this Mediterranean warm grain bowl with chicken I had for dinner. I know the picture isn’t the greatest, and i started earing it before taking the picture, but there’s clearly no arugula, and a ton of cold, undercooked grain that feels like it could have been microwaved from frozen.

My goodness, the filth of this establishment and the misery on the face of the food preppers. Table and floors dirty. Drink area was gross. No cold brew coffee. Ice dispenser has mold. Dished pilled at both ends of the restaurant and it wasn’t even busy. The once pleasant place to eat for its atmosphere is now a dump.

I’m not really impressed with the way this establishment makes their pick-2 dishes. Kinda skimpy on the sandwich. My granddaughter’s cheese sandwich was bigger. Poster veruses real life are totally different. Total disappointment.

Aside from the drug addicts hanging around this location begging for drug money here and in the parking lot, this location was pretty average for a Panera. This location was out of all bread-based products for the day. Only reason I was here was for the internet. Next time I’ll find a Chick-fil-A. Been REALLY disappointed with this Greensboro area. Reminds me of San Francisco in a lot of ways. Will be sure to avoid coming back here unless absolutely necessary.

I will not come here again. Every time I come they always seem to mess up my order. The drivethur sucks. The intercom you barely can hear the person. They are very slow and wait and at least 10 minutes to get your order. I ordered a broccoli bread bowl meal. All I got was the bread bowl and the soup. No spoon, napkins, baguette . She tells me nothing else comes with it.

I always try to let an establishment know what they are doing right but I am struggling with this location. I’ve had multiple experiences at the drive-thru window in which I was told they couldn’t hear me and various persons have been rude. I had one employee in particular more than once. I asked her if I could change my bread selection from French to a multi-grain bread and she told me that it was not possible. I know that is not true. Bread company is literally in the name. The manager was very nice about it and let me know that person may have been in training. I had her another time and I asked questions about a menu selection. She was irritated because I asked questions. I was mindful to keep them short to try and get the most concise answer and not to take up too much time for the people behind me. She was still rude. I discontinued ordering and drove off both times because I refuse to pay someone to disrespect me. No thank you. I like Panera as a company. I feel that a few employees at this particular location do not reflect the experience I’ve had at most Panera’s and it’s unfortunate because there are employees that are doing a great job and offering their best service. I’ve had good service here periodically.

I ordered oatmeal. Just oatmeal and fruit. It took 40 minutes for the order to be ready. Ended up having to go into the drive-through line and just sit for my order. When I got the order there were five slices of strawberries 3/4 of one pecan so not even one whole pecan!. And it was cold. The quality of the Panera in Greensboro Suck! I don’t understand how when I use the Cary North Carolina Panera bread locations, the quality and the customer service is on par. There has to be something done. This is totally ridiculous.

Poorly managed. They verified my order 3 times then they gave me the bag which had our family’s dinner in it and I asked if they were sure everything was there. They confidently said yes. I get home and the order is half wrong and half missing. I called them and they told me that I would need to come back to the store to get the food or even get a refund. This is poor management and customer service. I will not be going back to Panera drive through again.

The Lawndale location today. We placed order at 9:20am and already all coffee canisters were empty. The staff was notified multiple times by various customers and 25 minutes later still had not refilled anything except water. One young lady was working so slowly she should have been terminated on the spot. After asking for our money back the manager didn’t have sense enough to apologize. In fact, at one point she had a meltdown and threw a bucket. Awful experience.

I am in line at 1 pm and have been here 20 minutes in the drive thru. They just took my order. Still the 3rd car in line and no one has moved in 10 minutes. Can’t get out of the line with cars behind me. Do NOT have the time to get trapped in the drive thru today or any other day.
