This was ordered through door dash for my lunch break. I love the pic 2 and pretty much get the same thing everytime. Everything was looking delicious until I got ready to eat my salad. There is no excuse for receiving this much dressing. All I did was pull the lid off and this is what I found. Very disappointing. I had to eat my salad partially dry.

Mariyah was an absolute doll! She noticed I’d been waiting for some time behind a woman taking quite a while to order and stopped what she was doing in the pastry area to place my order for me.
The people prepping food were working their butts off to get the orders out during an early lunch rush, I was very impressed.
Food was delicious, the new Mix & match menu is a godsend for those of us wanting a nice lunch on a smaller budget.

Note that I paid $1.39 for this piece of avocado.. smh… I guess Panera robbing their customers now too. I won’t be back here. I’m sure you don’t care but still it’s dirty to think it’s okay. Whoever decided to treat customers like this and whoever made the order may you know how it feels every time you order out. Good things don’t come to scum.

I have frequented this location for the past three years. Over time I have experienced the drastic decline in customer service, including management. The service is often slow, even for online orders. This morning I was sharing with the manager on duty how I was owed a store credit for two breakfast sandwiches per another manager. She had a smirk on her face a shook her head in my presence. The same manager has displayed less than a professional demeanor in the past. We will not patronize this location ever again due to the tone and response of this manager.

I ordered broccoli soup they said they were out they were also out of bread and charged me $1.49 upcharge for tomato bread to hand it to me not toasted not wrapped also I was told they were out of cheese American cheese for the grilled cheese the manager was rude but later apologized after she realized this was the third thing that I ordered I did not receive I asked for hot chocolate she informed me that I would have to go online to order it I informed her that I was not needless to say I’ll eat at the Panera Bread in High Point on North Main it’s always hot excellent. If they don’t have what I want or they are out? They will accommodate you without being rude. And also I had to go in because they wasn’t taking any more orders through the drive-thru unless it was through app of sort

On October 22, around 8pm. Service was poor. I went through the drive thru to find they were only taking mobile orders, not a problem. I went in, I greeted the cashier with a smile and I was met with a poor attitude. I walked up to place the order and the young lady continued her attitude. I found out they were out of what I wanted and because of the attitude I had to walk out and think about any alternatives as she was being no help and her attitude was intoxicating. I came back placed my order and had a seat. I am not sure why this was the case, but after this experience I was upset because I have been under the weather and I love Panera as a pick me up. Not sure what the young lady’s problem, but it ruined my night and the quality of the food I find comfort in.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The food is OK but the service is absolutely horrendous. The attitudes of cashiers and employees is seen as soon as you walk in the door. Accidentally ordered a drive-through order but the line would have taken me 45 minutes plus to get out of so I go inside to pick up my order of soup and they tell me they can’t give it to me Because it goes through the drive-through and I would have to go sit in the drive-through lane to pick up my food. You are literally making my soup at the same place as to go orders inside and you can’t just hand it to me? I ask for the order to be canceled and the cashier again says I can’t do that, You gotta do that with an attitude yet again. I walk out and call the manager Asking for a cancellation of the order. The manager then says why don’t you just come inside and grab it? Seriously? I was just inside.They Blatantly do not want to be at work and it is apparent from every employees face. I’ll take my money to any other Panera location, but this one. Half these employees don’t deserve a job

I ordered a large mac & cheese. It took them 21 minutes for my singular bowl of mac & cheese to be ready and The cashier was Awkward and unprofessional. Do not come to this Panera if you expect fast food and exemplary employees. It only gets two stars because the food was good but that’s not even this Panera’s control. It’s in Panera corporate control so good job Panera corporate bad job Panera Lawndale.

Stopping for dinner and they were out of stock over two hours before closing on most of their menu, refused to put soup in bread bowl, every request was “out of stock”, tea tasted mid at best. Can’t recommend coming here over McDonald’s.
