Wow! Significant drop in quality…no vegetable in the vegetable fried rice…no chicken on the General Tso’s…just massive wads of breading. The filling in the spring roll was gross, slimy and weird. I used to love this place. I may give them one more shot, perhaps it was just an off night…but ugh….

I knew I shouldn’t have ordered out during self-isolation, but I never expected to find a dead fly in the soy sauce for my dumplings – especially when I was on my last dumpling. Absolutely disgusted. It also took an hour and a half to get to my house. Will never eat here again.

Great food, but they don’t offer any free items even if you’re spending a lot of money there. It’s difficult to park in front of the restaurant to pick up your order. It’s best to go up a street and find parking in that wider street area with loads of parking and then walk to the restaurant.

We usually like ordering here and loved getting the crab rangoons, but they changed them now to be barely filled with anything and changed the way they make their egg roll. The food is starting not to be worth the price.

The food quality has declined. Will be searching for other restaurants. The shrimp fried rice was incredibly dry, and the general tso has gotten even dryer and stringier. Why would anyone want to pay for chicken that is dry and difficult to chew. The lo menu wasn’t too bad, but I am disappointed. We’ve been serving New Year’s Eve dinner for about five or six years. This will be our last year serving food from this restaurant.

The woman at the front was very nice. There was no pressure when ordering. Paying was easy. The shrimp seemed like it could’ve been cooked for a little longer, it lacked as much flavor as everything else. Great service. Very polite. Good food.

I have ordered from them for delivery 3 times since we moved here. Each time I ask for hot mustard and duck sauce. Tonight I had had enough. I called and demanded hot mustard and duck sauce and was told a 45 minute wait for food that was already delivered. Then a hang up. I called back and was told when the driver got back. It has still not been delivered. Last time ordering from them. The food was always okay. This takes the cake.

Several times I’ve ordered vegetable dumplings here and several times they’ve given me pork dumplings. I called and asked for a refund and they refused. Very rude. Terrible customer service. Order anywhere else. Even the food they got right wasn’t very good and its too expensive.
