Had the chicken and pork katsuni set. The nigiris were lovely and fresh. The salad was just ok, needs more dressing and coated better. The katsuni itself was comforting and quite a large portion. I prefer the chicken version than the pork. Chicken they used thigh and the pork felt like was a lean pork loin.
Overall not a bad meal and will come back go try other options.

Today I ordered $220 worth of sushi for 5 people. I ordered by phone and waited 45mins for the food. Obviously someone didnt check the water when they made the rice. The rice was so wet, soggy, sticky, chef should of known better to discard the rice. But they just rolled up the sushi and sold it. I ordered two of the most expensive sushi set on the menu and it was crap. It was worst sushi & nigiri ever. St pierres sushi in a fridge taste better than this. As a local, never going back. Very embrassing as a host and very disappointed guest.

The meal last night was of an excellent quality , with good friendly service.

I had such a fantastic dinner there with my mate last night. Can you believe it? This was only my 2nd time visiting this place and the food blew me away. Those shrimp balls, the sashimi plate, prawn tempura, chicken karaage, yakitori and wagyu beer were absolutely incredible. The service was top-notch, parking was an easy and the staff were as friendly as ever. The restaurant was spotless, giving off such great Japanese vibes inside. The only downside I noticed was that they only have one male and one female toilet so you might end up waiting your turn. But still, what an experience.

Tonight my family had dinner here. The food was delicious and beautiful as always, the staff were very kind and caring. What impressed us most was that the young male staff at the checkout desk accidentally made a mistake in the bill and overcharged us $7.7. He ran out of the store to find us for a refund. Very honest, highly recommended!

For their Milford branch, good food and services. Dinner can be very expensive where as lunch menu offers great value. Pretty much the same food but you pay 30% more at dinner time. Authentic Japanese food and good services. Booking necessary for weekends. Parking out in front front or behind the building. Highly recommended.
