As small owned businesses we all need to stick together especially if you’re providing great service and stellar vibes! The food is delicious and the drinks are made correctly which I love being a coffee/ latte lover. 10/10 experience. 2 sweet girls helped my best friend and I navigate the menu and helped us order. I told my best friend this has to be the best latte I’ve had since I’ve been back on Long Island for 2 weeks. I was sad today was my last day and I just discovered this place. Anna made us delicious lattes perfect amount of sweetness while you can taste the rich espresso. Beautiful, clean peaceful environment. I was also once taught that a clean bathroom leaves a great first impression and an idea of how clean everything else is, safe to say the bathroom was clean and beautiful! Will be back soon!

This place was AMAZING! The coffee shop looked absolutely beautiful when you walked in. Both of the girls working were so so sweet. The cookie butter latte and caramel macchiato were so delicious. The banana dream was to die for — the cold foam was out of this world! We got the avocado toast which was huge and absolutely delicious! Overall amazing and cute place to go for some coffee with friends!

I think I’ve been here before but it was called something else. It’s definitely brighter and much more inviting. I ordered the eggplant burrata panini and the Cookie Butter Bliss latte with vanilla protein cold foam. YUM! My bf got a caramel latte in the Boo Bucket and a bagel with butter. We enjoyed it! Hazel was also very pleasant and helpful! I appreciated her! The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because the staff seemed very flustered and they were definitely out of things or ran out of it during our time there (vanilla syrup, ice, salted caramel, etc). I was just a little confused. Overall, a pleasant experience!

We had our book club event at The Rich Pour last night, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From start to finish, everything was handled so beautifully. Their thoughtful attention to detail included a themed menu, bookmark craft and they even researched the book and came up with questions to prompt our discussion. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our group felt welcome and taken care of. They were attentive, thoughtful, and so kind, which made the whole evening even more special. Hosting a group event can be a lot, and they made it look effortless. If you’re looking for a cozy spot with amazing drinks and outstanding service, The Rich Pour is it. We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

Today I visited the Rich poor and I got one of their viral drinks. The girls that were working the counter are extremely nice and accommodating. The coffee was delicious. The atmosphere is very cute and fun. Definitely a spot I would be returning to!!

I went a few times to give this place a fair chance but I can wholeheartedly say that this place is overpriced and not worth your money at all. The drinks taste watered down, the expresso tastes bitter and grinds are still in it. A few times I went they were out of various syrups and food items. The baristas were fumbling around trying to make the drinks and remember what they are out of which I do not blame them for (I blame management). Often they seemed understaffed. The food came out subpar, I ordered an expensive avocado toast and it tasted like nothing special for the price. Save your money or spend it elsewhere (I personally enjoyed the Grind)! Way shorter wait times and way more bang for your buck.
