I bought the Riviera Cafe in Decemeber of 2004. The Riviera is not your average small town bar. With our wide beer selection on tap, and bartenders great ability to make any drink requested we call ourselves a cut above. The drinks are only matched by the great food selection we have ranging from great pizza to steak tips. In the words of one of our local critics the riviera is so much more than the standard pub grub. As a local bar in Bridgewater Massachusetts we get a great group of customers ranging from all ages and walks of life. There is plenty of great entertainment at the RIviera..Thursday night Karaoke and great bands and Dj’s Friday and Saturday nights.

Food was decent; the pizza was great. We had good service too.
The inside was more like a dive bar and could use some renovations. This is a college town though, so they might be ok with the atmosphere.

Great beer selection, the steak and cheese egg rolls were all dried up def not a fan. Not crazy about the menu seemed like mostly fried pre-frozen items though I would have to try more stuff to give it a fair review. Staff was very nice. It’s clean with plenty of seating and parking so I would definitely give it another shot. Also it is handicap accessible

This is Definitely a Great Place for a Cold Draft Beer and Delicious Pizza .
We Started off with some Tasty Cajun Fries .
For Pizza we got Buffalo Chicken Pizza, BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza and
Steak Bomb Pizza all Laced and Well Done. The Pizzas were Fantastic.
They have a Large selection of Beers on Tap and The locals are Friendly and Inviting.
Our Waitress Lindsey was Amazing!
She always made sure we never had an Empty Glass and had The Best Personality .❤️

Good place for drinks and keno. Food is just ok. Have tried multiple items…eh. Did not care for the buffalo chicken dip.Very extensive beer list. Prices are average and the atmosphere ranges but usually good.

Hate to leave this review, great place with an amazing selection. The redhead bartender -a disrespectful and horrid bartender. Not only will she make you wait 20 minutes for a drink while she talks to other guests, but shell also single you out to close out tabs 30 minutes before the bar closes. Been a student/ lived in Bridgewater for 5 1/2 years and she’s repeatedly by far the most disrespectful bartender in a 25 mile radius. Don’t come here unless you wanna get dirty looks for wanting drinks and disrespect for drinking like an adult instead of an 18 yr old.

Had a late lunch at The Riviera Cafe’ in Bridgewater (aka The Riv). Our sandwiches were a delicious Tuna Melt w/fries, Reuben w/onion rings (corned beef was really tasty, very lean and grilled perfectly) and the Massachusetts Slammer (piled extremely high turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce) w/fries. The sandwiches came out hot off the grill and we all commented on how delicious and hot it all was. Our server Ariana was not only friendly and very pleasant she was also knowledgeable on their beer selection and food questions we had. She worked very hard at serving and also helping working the bar. This is a great place and I would highly recommend giving it try.
