I received a brochure in my mail box that they delivered so I tried them out. Called and placed an order for 2 lunch specials that ended up being around $15. The food was mediocre, nothing to rave about. A few days later I look on my credit card statement to see they charged me an additional $28. I called to get them to review the charge and the lady hung up on me. I assumed maybe she didn’t understand English so I went up there in person. When I went up there to dispute the charge, they could provide every receipt for that day but the $28 they fraudulently charged on my credit card. Some how it just disappeared. She tried to convince me that someone may have hacked my card but if that is the case, why cant you find your receipt from when YOUR COMPANY charged the card….They had the receipt from the $15 charge for the actual food I did receive…She didn’t give me a refund but instead told me to dispute with my bank. I don’t know what kind of stuff they are doing but do not give them your credit card number because something fishy is going on with this business.

Portions are smaller than you get from other restaurants. My meal was ruined because my Shrimp egg foo yong and Shrimp and broccoli were sweet. I called the restaurant back thinking they had mixed up the salt and sugar. I was told gravy was made out of sugar and item were supposed to be sweet. I will never order from them again.

First of all they were rude as hell. Ordered chicken fried rice. They brought me rice with no chicken in it, Forgot to bring my soda. The delivery driver turned my door knob. I open the door and she left my drink on the ground beside the door. I am so angry right now. I will never order from them again. This is terrible customer service. You should never treat people that way.

Any other time, I don’t have an issue with this place. But if I’m ordering food, and you charge me for it, I’m expecting to have what I ordered. I called and told you that I didn’t receive the eggrolls that I ordered and you tell me “No, you did.” And I’m sitting here looking at my food. I have no need to lie over a few dollars but coming from I place I always order from, I feel extremely disrespected!

They get 1 star because you cannot give 0 stars. They get your order wrong, after waiting 1 hour to get it in the first place, then send the wrong item again! When you ask for a refund they all start yelling together and refuse you one and hang up in your face and continuously hang up on you every time you call back. That is theft! I’m out my money because they cannot do their jobs correctly! I also now have nothing for lunch while at work! DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Similar to another review, ordered last night (saturday). Was told 45 mins. Called after 55 minutes, was told on the way. Took an hour 10 to get food. Was warm, 2liter was cold. Food wasnt great but it wasnt bad though egg roll was soaked through with grease. Won ton soup was good, chicken was fine, lo mein was fine.

It’s usually a calm atmosphere when i go inside. The lady at the counter takes my order with no hesitation. I wait for my food. It comes to me and i leave. Their food is good and well made. The lady even notice that i didn’t like pork so she told me she’ll make a shimp eggroll instead. I like this little hole in the wall.

I was visiting my son that lives in Richmond and decided to order some chinese food. I found this restaurant on the grubhub app and ordered some beef and broccoli before I read the reviews. After reading the reviews I was really worried about how the service and the food was going to be. The driver showed up 15 minutes early and was very pleasant. I’ve had better tasting chinese food but it wasnt bad. The beef was tender and the broccoli was cooked just right. I would order from them again.

Horrible service. I even gave them a second chance. First strike they didn’t even deliver my food, I had to call mind you I paid with debit over the phone so that was a disaster. Then tonight they don’t deliver all my food then when I call and tell them my son food not in bag they say it’s too late they not coming back out!!!!
