This was the first American Best Wings I ever been to and was unhappy with my chicken. I ordered lemon pepper wings and they were so over cooked and hard. If I wasn’t on my lunch break I would have returned them and got my money back. What a waste. I will never visit this location again.

My whole order was messed up. The woman at the register did not understand me. I ordered a cheeseburger sub combo and it was horrible. I do not know what kind of meat was on the sandwich. The only thing that was good was the wings and lemonade, other than that It made us sick!

Update: I place an order at least 2 times a month. The wings are always good. We’ve tried the steak quesadilla which was pretty good. Also tried the lamb gyro with extra lamb… always fire! Ask for extra sauce too.

Ordered lemon pepper wings. Never again. These wings were extremely salty. The fries were not hot. I usually like their wings. The restaurant itself could have been cleaner in the eating area. The fountain machine was leaking and the area was messy.

On August 17,2024 at 11:23 am I had the worst experience ever. I ordered a five wing combo and was told I could not substitute the fries for steam vegetables. I was told I had to get the fries and purchased the vegetables separately. The cashier was rude! I will near and never will I recommend this location.

i would give it 0 stars if i could. I ordered here and a few hours later I was throwing up & I had diarrhea. I knew it was food poisoning because my boyfriend ate the same I did & it happened to him too. Never again they said it was “cook to order” that doesn’t mean anything yall clearly don’t check the food before yall cook it/serve it to people! This is the first bad review i’ve ever written smh. I gave this place several chances before leaving a review. This place does not value the voice of its customers. I make sure to clearly communicate my order because they are known to mess up orders. I repeat myself at least 5 times to make sure they heard me correctly! But despite my efforts they still NEVER get my orders right. There’s always something missing. The cheesesteaks and gyros are ALWAYS COLD! They charge $2 to add cheese and but never put it on. The fish is taste absolutely horrible **Honestly-NEVER order the seafood** I did really like their fries but I just will not be returning. To take people’s money and not provide the goods or service is stealing from people. So if you won’t someone to steal your money then just go here.
