I went here and I ordered FLAME tenders I called back they lady said “I made your food and I gave you flame tenders” I told her she was wrong because these are regular tenders and she hung up in my face and said I can talk to the manager on Monday and I asked for a refund she said you couldn’t do that. I don’t recommend coming here. I indeed will need my refund. I live 20+ minutes away this unacceptable, you literally see in the pictures that these are regular. And I asked for her name she hung up.

Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order while the 16 year olds working had no organization and served drive thru, walk up, and other mobile orders ahead of mine even after addressing with the staff that I had an order from 15+ minutes after anticipated completion time. No apologies or acknowledgement once completing my order either. Will not be returning to this location which is local to my home.

Horrible!! Im here and the damn kids (are playing) when they should be working. Got my order wrong and laughed and said ” oops, sorry”!!!!!! Horrible! Im a general manager for a fast food place and they all woukd be fired!!! The gm should be ashamed of themselves!!! This is insane service! I requested a refund and they acted clueless as to why. Horrible, horrible service. They said the manager “Tracy” wasn’t available. Go figure

Going to my local dairy queen, I wasnt expecting much but oh my! I was shocked! The lady who took my order was the sweetest as can be. She made sure my order was correct with my 3 little ones and talked to them like human beings. We ordered a few blizzards. Pretty good in my opinion, my kids had ice cream all over their face. Which was adorable. Anyways, good location, will come again.

Ordered chicken tender basket. Tenders were NOT fat & juicy (as I’ve gotten from other DQ locations) and the fries were cold (NOT fresh!). VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Entire staff including managers are rude . Been to this location countless times., thinking it would get better but service has been the same . You walk in , unless you talk workers just look at you and say noting . No one is polite , and all you always hear is associates laughing and talking loudly with one another . Been to other locations and this is the only one makes me not want to spend my money here

Will never return, and this was our “go to” in town.  Food has been pretty consistent quality.  Better than McDonalds, not as good as Culver’s – prices in line with that.  No issue with the food other than a 50% chance something in the order is wrong each visit.  Checking before driving away is a must.

My last straw was today (4/21/25) when my son under 10 asked an employee today at lunch where he could sit, she was extremely rude for not understanding what he was asking, then shouted to another employee to come take care of the problem because she “didn’t have time for this”.  He has special needs and being social like that takes courage.  My wife immediately drove to discuss this with the shift manager who just made a lot of excuses for the employee’s poor behavior and put the blame on my son for asking a question “unrelated to the food while ordering”.  She even recommended that we call ahead in the future to let staff know ahead of time we would be bringing a special needs child that may be asking unrelated questions (not sure how asking where to sit down to eat at a restaurant is unrelated…) and then stated she would talk to all of her employees as they are having more of “them” coming in.  “Them” was referencing more special needs kids coming in?  At no point was there any sincere apology, accommodations, or ownership for the behavior.

I could go on but won’t – I will just say an establishment that displays and then stands behind this kind of behavior is an establishment that will never see another penny from me again.  This might sound trivial to some but standing by this kind of behavior is appalling.
