don’t play, look at this food, I’ve been at work all day and all I wanted was to enjoy some fried chicken, imagine my disappointment when I got this, I paid for it so YES I’m upset. The one day I don’t cook and order take out!!! I’m so mad because it’s not hard to make chicken, why give me these little fried baby mice, WTH is this, they forgot our biscuits and sauce and gave us these SLIVERS of chicken. Do your job it’s not that hard, I’ve worked fast food before and don’t understand why people cannot do simple tasks. Do better, waste of my money.

These are their butterfly shrimp. The biggest joke ever. Most uneditable shrimp I’ve ever had I’m my entire life. Mind you the tail is still on them (which is fine) but once you take that off there is nothing left but hard ass breading. I was going to go back for a refund but we don’t live right around the corner so it’s going to cost us more in gas just to get our money back. The fact they think this is okay and put it in a box to be someone’s dinner says all I need to know to never go back again.

Food can be good if it’s not cold. I’ve been to this location twice and been given cold food twice and once shorted a chicken tender. Not like one tender is the end of the world, but the food here isn’t cheap. Was in last week and the guy at the counter looked terrified to do anything wrong, and insinuated politely and diplomaticly that manager was watching and anything not done right was going to be a big problem.
The manager came over to ” help” and spoke and acted like she was just a miserable soulless being.
Popeyes is one of my favorite places to eat even though the prices are high. I probably won’t be returning to this location.

I recently ate at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. I love some Popeyes, there is just spice in the batter on the Shrimp & Chicken to satisfy the craving. Sometimes I get the Chicken Sandwich but do not eat the Bread and sometimes I get the Popcorn Shrimp with a side of Red Beans & Rice but rarely I get the Butterfly Shrimp with the Red Beans and Rice as well. Their Biscuits are like no other, at first glance you think they are all dried out but the magic is their Biscuits is that it is only on the outside because on the inside they are fluffy & buttery. They always have good service too. Their store is clean, plenty of parking including Handicap spaces, Wheelchair accessible as well, and The Staff are friendly & helpful.

Serves old food cooked in bad grease. Bun was even stale falling apart. Fries stale and completely nasty. Even though sandwich was wrapped in foil the cheese they placed on the bottom of the stale bun didn’t even melt. No point in calling the store, because all you get prompted to is a voicemail full message. Corporate contact is also a joke with nothing but AI chat options! Will not go back and waste anymore of my money. Used to be a good location but the last two stops along with this recent visit I would rather make chicken myself at home…smh

The lady working was very nice and the service was crazy fast but the food all tasted really old and stale and chewy. The chicken was rubbery, the bun was tough and rubbery, the sauce thick and discolored like it was old. The fries tasted like they had been wet and then reheated…they were very chewy and gross. We couldnt even finish our food and we were really disappointed because this was our first time trying Popeyes and the food looks so crispy and good.

I order 6 Honey BBQ wing and the bottle was empty instead of asking if I would like something or go fill up the bottle this is what I got. What a shame a Business is run like this. Hopefully next time I come back in and it will be a very long time before I come now. That the service will be way better.

Ordered an 8-piece fried chicken which included one chicken breast, three chicken legs, and four chicken wings. Upon receiving it, immediately took a bite of one chicken wing and realized there were only 7 pieces. Went back to ask the front desk, and the first response was to inquire about what was in my mouth, then claimed they had given me 8 pieces. Finally, reluctantly added a dry chicken wing as shown in the picture. This was my first time coming to this shop due to getting lost, but the staff’s attitude was absolutely terrible. I really want to give them zero stars! Plus, the taste of the fried chicken is way worse than Clinton HWY’s.
