Unfortunately, when ordered on the mobile app for quick pick up and go, I don’t review every thing in the bag before leaving . Order was 40% correct…. Bummer…the place was also dirty, tables covered in rice with employees less than eager to be working in a fast service restaurant. I’ll avoid next time I’m through there and go to Milford instead.

Quite literally never filled out a review for Chipotle but this one needs the worst. If there were zero stars I would give that to this Chipotle. Come in at 9pm and they are out of everything. Ask for toppings and instead of grabbing more I get the scraps of burnt beans and five slivers of fajitas. The chips might be replacements for cardboard. I would consider selling them at Home Depot.

My bf and I go out of our way to go to the chipotle!! They consistently make everything taste phenomenal and they fill the bowl and burrito. I never feel cheated. I order online and I feel like you risk ordering online to receive a skimpy order but not this chipotle I can depend on this chipotle to deliver. They forgot my guac one time and then gave us a big one to make up for it. The employees seem to take pride and I can only assume that comes from good management. Please continue to deliver stellar service and I will continue to go out of my way.

By FAR and away the best/most consistent Chipotle I have ever been to. Always 10/10 on : food quality, proportions, and customer service. Have been coming here 1-2 times a week ever since our job location moved to over here. I come from the west side, and have to say that they just do not have it going on like this place does. This is an exceptionally run store with great service. VERY highly recommend!!!

This restaurant was dirty! Hard crusty food on the line and prep tables, trash/food on the floors. The precooked the food and pulled it out of the warming cabinet, nothing was fresh! Fajitas were nasty! No one said hello, and there were only 3 customer besides us. I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for 15 years (worked for you years ago (chips guy to GM) and I have never seen a store in worse order! Absolutely terrible and crew member, or cashier or Service manager cleaned, whipped a table or any surface the entire 30 mins we sat am ate.

Disappointing!
It is two in the afternoon, and I am one of only two customers in the restaurant. It’s not as they are overrun busy. Yet the restaurant is filthy! Tables have not been bussed, floors have trash and garbage that has not been cleaned up, and the garbage cans are overflowing , this is a clear indication of staff that do not care.
I will definitely not be returning to this Chipotle!

I don’t get to enjoy this place often, went with my hubby for lunch and it was so good! Granted I have been craving this for a bit. All the food was perfect temperature, flavor was on point, service fast and efficient. Love how you get to have them make it the way you want it.
