The staff and owners were absolutely incredibly hospitable. We had a 4 hour layover in a softball tournament. they fed us.. played music.. entertained our girls with Kareoke and were just super. Foods super..atmosphere is amazing. we will be back !

Start by I basically live on the road, so I see a lot of bars. This bar is unique for the fact that the bartenders (Casey and Nina) care about their customers. I was in New Castle Monday-Friday. Unfortunately I didn’t find the place till Wednesday night, even though I could walk there from my hotel. To my suprise Wednesday night the place was packed not an empty seat in the place. I was there from about 530-8.(left because of the karaoke). (Not fun to me) but clearly the locals love it. Back to the bartenders. They never let me have an empty beer, and even with a full house made sure I was taken care of. They wanted to make sure I felt like the locals who all clearly go their very often as everyone knew each other, even those who weren’t there but a couple of minutes. But if I was to give the place any negative remarks I would say they should have music playing at all times. They do have a jukebox but unless you use it the locals seem not to.

Great wings! Super nice lady that worked there! My son and I each got 18 wings there. You can get three sauces when you order them like this. They were good sized wings. They were crispy, just the way we like them. The presentation on the platters were so impressive! Three rows of 6 wings, each in their own individual sauces! I should have taken a picture. I had the hot, bbq, and honey mustard. My son had the hot, mild, and bbq. I liked the honey mustard so much I was dipping my hot wings in the sauce making hot mustard wings! I was so full from lunch, I didn’t eat supper. Pricing was good. I recommend going here and giving them a try!

Food is great when Bill cooks. SERVICE IS GREAT .. Kasey, Nina and Shannon behind the bar, make for a good night. The atmosphere is also nice.

Food was excellent, service was decent, best thing of all was the company. My sister and I had a very delicious dinner for the first time together since around 1990-1991. Thanks Parkstown for always having comfort food for families and friends to gather and enjoy each other’s company.

Honestly 5 stars is too low. We went here during a softball tourny and they accommodated 30+ people with ease. They turned on music for the girls to dance to, the service and management was amazing, food was excellent. This is a genuine diamond in the rough. Food is super reasonably priced. Every single employee was pleasant. Absolutely above and beyond in every measure and we can’t wait to go back!

Heard from several people this place had great wings, so today wife and I decided to give it a try. Despite the rather unassuming ambience, the service was friendly and quick. Waitress was knowledgeable of the dishes, and made helpful suggestions which led us to try out their wonderful Cadillac Parmesan Bone-in Wings. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of it because it looked so delicious I just couldn’t stop eating them to take a picture. I barely talked to my wife so busy I was.

Today is my birthday. We put our names in for a table for 6 and left our name and number for what we were told would be a 45 minute wait. We then went back to our house which is about 2 minutes away to wait for a call back. After an hour, we called them and were told that they “don’t call people”. I asked why the girl took our number and she said that she didn’t know. I said, “Today is my birthday. Thanks for f@&ing ruining it.” It will be a cold day in he!! before I step I that place ever again.

Went there for their Famous Huge Fish dinner and it did not disappoint. It is always delicious and this is coming from someone that don’t really care for the taste of fish. Our waitress Allison was her friendly self making sure we were well tended to and getting our food to us nice and hot. She checked in on periodically to make sure we were OK and needed anything. She made sure our experience there was a good one. We ate there later in the evening when the other side of the restaurant becomes alive, the bar area. It was pretty loud but not loud enough were my table couldn’t hear each other talking. It would be nice if they could possibly put a swinging door between the two to maybe damper some of the sound coming from the bar after certain hours so the guests having dinner in the restaurant area might not be so bothered by it especially older people.
