This location has a great play place for our kids. The problem is the service, there is no soda machine or ANY condiments or even napkins that you can get without asking the employees behind the counter. It’s very frustrating not being able to re-fill my drink or grab a ketchup packet/extra napkins. Also the orders are almost always missing sauce or a drink when I order kids meals for my little ones. So i have to go ask for it behind the counter and it takes forever to get help there’s always 2-3 people with the same issue waiting for a refill or anything else they might need.

I try not to go to this location because the service is always bad. This time, I ordered unsweet tea but got sweet tea. As a diabetic, this is a major problem. Not as serious, but just as frustrating, I ordered what was obviously meals for two people and received only one napkin.

I rarely visit this location. Tonight I am dissatisfied with my purchase. Among other things, I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with extra mustard, ketchup, and diced onions. Although the customized grill tags were on both burgers, I did not get extra mustard or ketchup and absolutely no diced onions. The meat was so old, the edges were black and dry, cheese was cold. Very disappointing.

Just stopped by for breakfast, on my way to my appointment. Ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Extra Value Meal, and was highly disappointed. There was no meat at all on my Biscuit, and the hash brown was also missing! Tried calling the restaurant to get a refund, and the phone just rings off the hook. How are we supposed to get these issues fixed or complain if you can’t talk to anyone in store, or report problems on the app. I couldn’t even turn around, as I was on my way to an appointment. Have had several instances with this store not accurately filling orders. I recommend that everyone check their bags before you end up driving off.

Dining area was clean and so was children play area. Staff was friendly. However, they have drinks behind the counter and didn’t have self-serve ketchup either. The self order kiosk was also not working.

So I just went to this store’s location for the first and the LAST time… apparently there’s an issue if you ask for 2 fresh plain cheeseburgers or maybe an issue with Black men who have a standard as far as how food should be presented. If I ask for plain cheeseburgers there shouldn’t be any condiments on any kind on the wrappings or contents of the bag! Which there absolutely was… The Hispanic Lady was very rude and seemed like they didn’t want to remake my burgers. Although she did she was not cheerful; she may have been overwhelmed; Who knows but if there’s an issue in Waxahachie with the likes of me make sure when yall see me yall address it. S/O @ the lady who helped me, you gone be blessed for sure. The rest of yall better learn some respect for people are respectful.

Very clean, plenty of seating, friendly staff, and a nice playground. Lots of parking and easily accessed from freeway. Coffee was good and hot. Multiple electrical outlets around the walls and built into the tables is a plus.
