We used to order Carls Jr. from time to time when we went out for hiking at different locations. This particular location is definitely not the best we had. I ordered a western bacon cheeseburger and a 9-piece chicken stars. I also asked for some forks and spoons so we can share the chicken stars. But the cashier was only willing to give me one pair, and when I asked for one more, he said no. Not quite sure why he was so frugal on this.

Anyway, my wife had the burger and I had the chicken stars with my daughter as snack. I have to say, it is the worst kind of chicken nugget I have ever had —— they tasted cold, chewed like piles of sogged and dried paper towel, and were hard to swallow. We had to throw it away half eaten.

Would not consider this site again the next time unfortunately.

I should have known since it’s so dead inside and drive-thru that food would be cold. I quickly ordered a large Fries Togo service was so fast once I drove off reached into the bag the fries ALL OLD COLD BURNT AND SOGGY OVERLY SALTED… what a waste of money and time never again will I order from this location

Picked up three combos for lunch. Apparently $39 was not enough to pay because NONE of the drinks were filled anywhere near the top.

Update. 1-14-2025 Decided to give them another try. What a miserable decision. Restaurant was empty, which should have clued me in. ALL of the fries were hard as rocks. Obviously they had been kept warm for hours. The owners should be ashamed serving this. Better yet, they should have to eat their own fries.

terrible. #12 came with half a hard salad!

the restaurant or the company did not even try to contact me to address… very bad. it says it all. if ir was a business carrying about its quality of service it could have immediately reached out. nothing came..

of course they never contacted me.

another time the order was for a low carb hamburger. when i checked the take out, it was a bun instead of lettuce…

To say that the service was horrible is an understatement. This experience was unbelievable!!! I ordered 3 burgers and a salad and it took 20 mins of waiting after the order was made to receive the food. Mind you there was a line of cars going around the building and all the guy said was were doing a shift change! The then gives me my meal and as i drive off i noticed that the $8 salad i ordered came with a rubber band and a paper plate. This place officially disgusted me to the point that we will never go there again. I hope corporate sees this and looks at the garbage that’s becoming the service at Carl’s Jr. Which deserves a law suit for false advertisement.

One car in the drive thru and the crew member couldn’t be bothered to warmly greet me or smile when I got to the window. The food was over priced. $16 for a medium western burger meal. What’s more outrageous is the decrease in drink size, the stale fries, the warm patty and the horrible customer service.

So I dropped my boyfriend off at work early on a Sunday morning considering it’s a little over an hour drive to work and we left about 4:30 am once I dropped him at work I wanted to stop at Carl’s Jr. for some food before making the drive back Carl’s Jr. hours said they open at 6am Sunday morning I arrived there at 6:09 am along with another gentleman hungry as well however the doors were locked so I finally knocked on the window to get a workers attention thinking he forgot to unlock it he was ignoring us at first then finally came to the door when we didn’t leave stating it would be another 20 minutes before they were going to open when we pointed to the hours that said 6am he said it would still be another 20 minutes. I feel like it was very misleading and they should change their hours posted on the door plus the fact he was trying to ignore us but I did wait since I was really craving a burger on their fresh baked buns that are absolutely amazing so hopefully they will get the right hours posted so people don’t assume they are open when they actually aren’t. But 5 stars on the food

Since I don’t really eat at Carl’s Jr’s, it’s difficult to give a fair rating. My burger was good and their fries are actually really very good. Better than McDonald’s in my opinion. The cashier was really nice. Really no wait time. Good location but a lot of traffic.

On two occasions now I have had the serious misfortune of being serviced by one of the male daytime managers who is in serious need of an attitude adjustment.

On the first, I visited this fast food restaurant via the drive thru and was very disappointed with the manager and the service. He did not fill my order correctly, and only gave me one of the two cookies I had paid for on my mobile order. When I checked my order and noticed that I was short a cookie, I inquired with him. He proceeded to tell me that $0.99 is the cost of a single cookie, and had the audacity to tell me that I should only be getting one despite my paying for two on the app (two cookies for $0.99). We proceeded to argue for a few minutes since he did not fulfill my order as ordered. Finally, he said he would make a “one-time exception” and gave me the cookie I was supposed to get, then said that he would adjust the online pricing. Honestly, if there is a pricing mistake this should be settled and changed internally. But lo and behold, many weeks and many orders later the price for two cookies is still $0.99 and I have always gotten two cookies on orders filled by others, so I can only assume he was lying or doesn’t know what he is talking about.

On a second occasion, I went in to pick up my mobile order. I decided to add a side of fries to my hamburger order so I went to the register to order and presented one of the coupons I had received in the mail for an order of waffle fries for $1.50. Seeing that the fries in the fry section looked to be old, I asked if a new batch could be made. He then proceeded to mock me when I asked for fresh fries saying that he was “going to totally cook up a new batch for me for only $1.50”. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I let it go since I thought he was just unhappy about needing to fry up a fresh batch but I still received the fries that had been sitting out for who knows how long. Needless to say, the fries were cold and soggy and my mobile order was also barely room temp. This manager should be trained on how to treat customers with courtesy and respect, and have more professionalism towards the quality of the food. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will take my business elsewhere if service here continues to be this awful.

Previous Review (2019):

Price is going up considerably and quality seems to be going down. Portions also seem to have gotten noticeably smaller. No longer my #1 fast food chain burger. Also, I got my gift card balance stolen here by an employee. I did contact corporate and they resolved the issue for me however.
