If you want real Southern Vietnamese food, this place hits the spot. The flavors are very home-style, seasoning is bold, savory, and super comforting. I always come here whenever I’m craving a home-style Vietnamese meal. Portions are big and everything comes out hot, perfect for a proper lunch (or dinner).

I really liked the meal set for two, canh chua fish soup, braised pork, fish sauce fried chicken wings with sticky rice, and the beef salad, all tasted very authentic. Nothing fancy but very real and satisfying. Feels like eating a home-cooked meal, not restaurant food. Good price, big portion, and great for family eating out.

This restaurant offers authentic Vietnamese flavors. The beef dishes was very tasty and cooked perfectly. The hot pot was slightly stronger in flavor than I prefer, but everything was still enjoyable. I would definitely come back to try other dishes.

I absolutely love this place! Their 7 types of beef is my ultimate favorite — everything is super fresh, and the soup broth is so rich and flavorful. The dipping sauce for the beef? Omg, SO delicious — authentic flavors that totally hit the spot.

We came here on June 30 (can’t believe I forgot to post earlier!), and as always, it was packed. The service can be a little slow because of how busy it gets, but it’s totally worth the wait. Just a heads up — no beer here, but honestly, the food makes up for it. Definitely one of my go-to Vietnamese spots!

Great restaurant! I will definitely come back!

Food- 10/10: I love all the dishes here: chicken wings, hot pot, salad, etc.

Service- 7/10: not much interaction with the guests, but very fast service. The food will arrive in less than 10 minutes after the they took your order.

Price- 10/10: the price for the dishes here are reasonable!

Parking- plenty of free parking spaces.

Good portion size! I decided on the chicken instead of my usual pork order and I was really satisfied with the substitute

It is very authentic Vietnamese food

Pho especially the soup is very delicious

Vermicelli with pork and spring rolls is quite sizable. The port literally is bacon but deep fried. The spring rolls tasted fine but not too impressive

The ice coffee in Vietnamese style which is not self made style (the coffee dripping to the ice & concentration milk then mixed it) but it tastes fine

Price wise : reasonable

Always coming back to Cửu Long Miền Tây for their canh chua & cá kho tộ—authentic, flavorful, and comforting every single time. The family combo dinner is a great deal and perfect for sharing.
Fast, friendly service that makes you feel right at home. A must-visit for real southern Vietnamese food!

Great taste! Shrimp clay pot is unbeatable. Fish paste wings are perfectly seasoned though a bit too crispy. The sticky rice is the ideal starchy side. Service is great with helpful and flexible staff.

This is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the North York area. It’s pricey but they are generous with the portion. Ordered the hu tieu dac biet dry version – $17 and the Banh xeo – $16.50. Comes with a pitcher of iced tea. I would order these dishes again and again. One of the best I’ve had. Food came out within 15 minutes of ordering.

Probably one of the best fish sauce chicken wings in the city. Bò 7 món is pretty solid too.

Ordered the fish sauce chicken wings with sticky rice ($14) and the bò 7 món ($44). They are known for their chicken wings and for good reason. Very crispy, sticky, and bursting with fish sauce flavor. Ordering this with the sticky rice instead of an extra chicken wing is a must. The bò 7 món was nice to try and fun to eat as well, but I’m not totally sure if it’s worth the price tag.

I’d come back again and again for the fish sauce chicken wings. Would highly recommend coming for just that!
