Had issues in the past where Cole Slaw was not filled up properly but I let it slide just because I try to be nice like that. But, today was absolutely worth addressing. I ordered a six piece tend from the drive thru with my order. He called out three piece when I pulled up and I said I wanted a six piece. I owned it as my mistake knowing it was the employees error just to be nice. No big deal! Then he rung me up another three piece and I paid him. We pulled up and realized he did not give me my extra three pieces. So we went around to the drive through window to let them know. Oh my goodness they have the most childish managers in that store. I heard her hollering we did get it and she remembered putting it in there. So of course we double check the order to make sure the order was not on our end just to do the right thing. But we just did not have it so we wanted it, she proceeded to argue with us through the drive-thru window and the young man is obviously a liar because he says he witnessed her putting it in there which is impossible because we did not receive it, how can you see something that is not there so clearly he lied. If the store manager was that hungry and needs to be fed and is stealing from customers all she has to do is ask me I will feed her everyday. I will never go back to this KFC again. I will drive in extra 20 miles if I have to, to go to one that treats you right and Bojangles down the road does a great job we will just go there for now on. KFC definitely needs to do a better job at hiring managers to run their stores and train the employees to treat the customers better. Especially this one, the one in Greenwood does a real good job.

The girl with the long black hair and glasses working the drive thru is super rude and unprofessional. She was shaking her head, rolling her eyes, and pinching her nose bridge in frustration. Can’t rate the food because I never got it. Decided to give them a try after not coming here for a while but now I remembered why I steer clear of this location. Never again!

I placed an online order for a 6 tender, 12 nugget, 2 large sides meal. I waited 40+ minutes (when the estimated time was 5-15 minutes) because tenders were not ready. I finally received my food, assuming the order was correct because they were waiting on a crucial part of my meal, and drove 20 minutes home. Upon getting home and unboxing everything, there was not a single tender to be found. Highly frustrating and disappointing. This will be the first and last time I get food from this location. And just a heads up to everyone else, call the corporate number because this location will not answer the phone.

Service was good, people were nice. Clean restaurant. Only issue is the food quality at KFC has really gone down. The wings were smaller than frog legs. The thighs were pretty small also. Potatoes and gravy had no taste. Biscuits tasted like they were a day old.

Worst wait time ever!! Waiting for about 30 minutes for food it was cold. Had been sitting in window for the longest. Manager attitude was not so great. Request a refund for good that was cold. He said he couldn’t do it, but ended up doing it. Will not be back.

The music was so loud you had to holler to order food asked to turn down nothing. Another customer asked and nothing. Guess that’s why no one inside. You would think whoever owns would drop in or notice sales being down it’s really bad. I guess you are using for a write off. Won’t be back

Bless their hearts Covid is tearing them up. Wait was terrible, food tonight was bad, order super messed up. Everyone was waiting a long time. People waiting on Chicken finally just left after being told they didn’t have the chicken after already waiting for it a good while. We had taco bell and noone enjoyed it. The employees were nice and kind and after covid maybe things will be better.

Went in this past Friday evening . Girl from the register was standing at the entrance. She saw me walking up and started shaking her head in frustration. I walked in and to the counter. She had a stink attitude when she asked how can she help me. I asked her if she was having a bad day. She said I need to pick up my meds and we have been really busy. I told her not to take her frustrations out on me. And I will take my business elsewhere. They would rather stank outside smoke and do anything else but their damn jobs! Terrible customer service!

Horrible! U order Taco Bell you wait 30 mins plus. For 4 items.
Ordered KFC tonight they had nothing we wanted. No tenders no fries. We got three pieces of chicken couldn’t even eat it. It was gooey and slimy. The manager is always yelling at an employee just overall horrible.
