I am here today as of March 7th at 3:15pm.

First, the female who is taking my order, is on the phone, video chat with someone the whole time. She took her phone with her to take supplies in the back and still talking (video chat) after.
Not nice at all to begin with.
My bakery came out so slow, just a cake pop and I guess if she wasn’t on the phone she will have time to work.
The entire floor store floor is dirty.

Not coming back to this location anymore.

Formal Complaint – Discriminatory and Unprofessional Service Experience (October 28, 2025)

Dear Starbucks Management,

This morning, October 28, 2025, I visited one of your locations and experienced an unacceptable lapse in customer service. I stood at the counter for approximately six minutes waiting to place an order. During that time, several employees were behind the counter preparing drinks and talking among themselves, yet not one acknowledged my presence, made eye contact, or offered assistance.

I was standing directly in view, but it was as though I was invisible. Whether this behavior stemmed from indifference, poor training, or implicit bias, it was entirely unprofessional and deeply disappointing. As a customer—and as someone who values respect and inclusion—I expect far better from an organization that promotes hospitality and belonging.

This experience has left such a negative impression that I would not recommend this Starbucks location to anyone, nor will I be returning. The level of disregard I encountered does not align with the company’s brand standards or commitment to customer care.

I request that this incident be formally documented, reviewed, and addressed through retraining and accountability measures for the employees involved.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a formal response outlining the steps Starbucks will take to correct this issue.

The store was very clean and organized. The staff was very accommodating towards my order and they were as quick as can be, but my drink was made incorrectly. Although I may not have been clear enough about what I wanted so I don’t blame them. I went back in just to see if they would mind tweaking my drink and they gave me gave a whole new drink! Cory and Karis (I think that was their names) were both extremely kind and the best customer service you can get. If I’m in the area again I would definitely come back to this location. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Great job guys!!!

I was at this location yesterday morning and the wait time was ridiculous. The employees were working diligently but maybe they need a better system. The girl who was taking orders at the register was also preparing all mobile food orders and tea beverages. I waited 20 mins in line just to pay for a fruit package . Not once did the employee say thank you for your patience I will be with you in a minute. She took one order at the cash register then walks away to prepare other orders, we noticed eventually because some of us were confused. I also seen that some staff were on break so I did take that into consideration but for a morning visit a better system needs to be in place. I almost left out just because of the wait and two other customers were thinking the same.

Been to plenty of Starbucks. I will say that the staff here was super friendly. Very clean as well. Nice and clean, fast service.

Not friendly. Didn’t even say a word to me. Good thing I bought a drink from the display or they would have had tp ask me what I wanted. Not even a thank you or hello. New Kids working there so maybe they don’t know… or don’t care. They need to see the big picture and have management explain the importance of greeting customers.

I came here at 6pm 11/6/25 and I just wanted water for my son in the car and they told me we don’t give out water. I don’t understand why they act like it comes out of their paycheck to give someone a cup of water. I guess this is a “whites only fountain”
