Literally waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for one sandwich, and it was cold. What a waste of time and money. To make things worse, I drove all the way to this location after going to the Normal, IL location and nobody ever coming to the speaker to take my order. I think I’m done with Burger King. I can go elsewhere for better food and service for about the same price.

I have no complaints about the service. Always very cheerful The Burger King light isn’t on after dark. So the whole parking area and so on, is kind of dark
I only get one type of burger. It’s always been made correctly. It’s just ordering online. You can’t specify like well done.

This is the best Burger King I’ve ever had every single time I come here. The food is freshly made. It’s always delicious. It’s always piping hot. The people that are working here are really doing a great job. Every time I get food from here, I just it is always so delicious and so perfectly made thank you to everybody that works here you have a new customer! You guys do not deserve all these bad reviews. I started coming here a week ago every time I come here food has always been fantastic!

Update: please give me my sauces that I order every time and they never put it in the bag!

Pulled up to drive thru around 10pm. Someone asked if we’d like to try the whopper combo and we said we were okay. Then we tried to use a coupon code but didn’t show up on the phone. So we decided to place an online order. The whole process was less than a minute. Order was placed but the worker left the restaurant during that time. My credit card was charged but we couldn’t get the meal. Went to a different BK to get a different order. It’s okay to close 1 hour early but just make sure the online order is disabled.

What in the world is this soggy, disgusting looking croissant on my sandwich? Who actually thought this would be presentable for a customer. Took one bit just to try it and it’s so bad it just fell apart in a goopy, sloppy gross mess. The only good thing was the hash browns. It’s not like the bag was full and weighted down. I ordered two sandwiches and two hash browns. It’s so unappetizing.

Conveniently located just off Veterans Parkway in Normal. Good breakfast menu, fast drive-thru, good tasting Whoppers and fries. The employees seemed nice and got our order right. The French Toast sticks with syrup are very good. Everything was warm.

I generally like Burger King, but this location has recently disappointed me and my appropriately low expectations. I went through the drive through and ordered two sandwiches, one of which was the “new” bbq bacon triple whopper thing that costs an extra couple dollars. What I got was someone else’s pretty sad single burger with no bacon (the impossible burger for my wife and our sodas were fine, which is why two stars). Unfortunately, it’s a solid hour round trip to go back, as I live outside of town. I was pretty hungry before, and this little thing barely made a dent (I’m over six feet and had worked hard that day). Meanwhile, someone else got something they probably didn’t want, too.

Typically, I’d just contact the restaurant, and they’d at least offer a specific apology, if not a coupon for a free burger or something. After all, I paid for quite a bit more (relatively speaking) than I got. Nope. I got a generic email that “relevant management” had been informed, and that’s it. I thought maybe I’d get a later email from the store manager, but here we are a week later, and it’s not happened. It’s obviously not going to happen.

At this point, I will simply never return to this location, or others owned by this franchisee. Not, over two dollars, but over the principle of not caring *at all* about a mistake anyone could’ve made. It’ll be easy to avoid. It’s a pain to get in and out of this parking lot, and lots of other places sell hamburgers. My vegetarian wife will miss the impossible burger, but it’s easy enough to just order a McDonald’s cheeseburger with the meat on the side. And McDonald’s actually pretends to care when they make an error.

Unless you’re okay with incorrect orders and spending extra time to “correct” the issue, you’re better off skipping.

Earlier this week I ordered two fiery chicken sandwiches and got rung up for a whole meal I didn’t want. Then after waiting for my food they gave me someone else’s order and when I went back to pick up my own order, they straight up just gave me two plain chicken sandwiches that they marked as spicy.

Travel just about an hour north to Joliet and there are Burger Kings that put the locations in this town to shame. You will never see a long line at this place. The parking lot will never be packed. This is for obvious reasons. You must always check your order before leaving this place.

Good luck if u have an issue with order and had it delivered. They can’t help you and tell u to contact doordash while doordash says to contact burger king. But they’ll let u know if they can fix it thru an email that’ll take 24-48 hrs…… “helpful”
