I ordered food today at 7:15 pm I waited on the line drive thru for over 25 min there were only 3 cars and stuff member over 6 people instead of working talking and confused about what’s my order and also not even giving me my drink she ask me to get out of the car and walk to get my drink this place it total miss a lot of attitude and disrespect it need good training and the food was cold just setting there who ever the area manager need to get fired and replace it with new one so he can be in the top on the manager to this store to make sure to hire and train people the right way I will never go to this place again I’m tired of the same thing over and over good is cold and stuff have no respect .

I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger meal. I was handed the frosty and the cheeseburger and was told to pull up to wait on the fries. 5 minutes or more go by, I walked in and asked for the fries and a fresh burger because the one they have me is now cold. I received a kids size fries and a regular fry and the same coke burger back.

Took forever and they missed a whole patty on all of our baconators and they also gave me the wrong size fry. Horrible. Tea also is very old and tastes horrible it’s supposed to be sweet not tangy. They also forgot half the order when they gave us the first bags. Horrible service i don’t recommend this restaurant I would go to another one.

Food here is consistently good, the staff are almost always pleasant. They were so sweet to us when we were ordering food for our old dog before saying goodbye to him. Definitely our favorite Wendy’s in the area.

I’m writing this review as I have waited here forever…. more than 30 minutes for my food. I even ordered ahead on the app. I think they just need more help. Quite the line has built up and people are agitated. I’ll update this review if I ever get to try the food.

I went to Wendy’s on Union Deposit Road in Harrisburg PA…After leaving The Wendy’s at 6405 Grayson Road…it was not clean the cashier gave the impression of not caring about being there let alone of why was she there. I decided to go and get the Store number to file a complaint with corporate the manager said the store has no number and she do not have a name so I took her picture to email Wendy’s Cooperate Customer Service she was very disturbing after I took her picture to post in the email or Media she then ran outside to take a picture of a Friend tags on the vehicle…I took another pic of her doing that, also call the dispatch for any other necessary information.

I didn’t like this place at all. The fries tasted bland and kinda burnt. The drink I had didn’t taste like root beer is supposed to taste like and the bathrooms smelled bad. Also the wait time to order the food was really poor too. They obviously didn’t have enough staff.

Just spent 15 mins in the drive thru to get my classic chicken sandwich meal without everything that it should comes with. I ordered 3 chocolate frosty and the machine was broken and seemed annoyed when I didn’t want the strawberry and to remove it off the order. I understand places are short staffed, but the manager wasn’t helping and there was one lady who appeared to be doing everything.
