Best Mexican food in Joplin!! Having been around since 1965 but scaling down to a small little diner sized restaurant in the last few years, you still can’t go wrong when you need your “Mexican food” fix! Lunch and dinner options always prepared with the same ingredients and great taste from the original Casa we all remember! Service is always friendly and the environment is warm! Restaurant is small but service is quick, not long waits. Cheese dip is an all time fav and the carnita dinner is one of my favorites! Perfect margarita is a must have if you’re wanting a cocktail!!
Soft taco’s are a town favorite and the enchiladas are definitely mine and my son’s go to!

Went for lunch today. Quick service and great food. The best part was the salsa. The waitress immediately asked if I wanted the hot stuff. I said yes and boy was it good! Got some to take home with me. They sell it in various sizes to go. I will be back.

Tried new location that seems busy most of the time. For lunch I had 2 crunchy beef tacos and a soda for $9.38. Taco’s were okay, might try again. Service was great and place was busy.

Not authentic Mexican food, more like AmeriMex or Texmex food; everything is loaded with melted cheese and made with flour which is a bit unhealthy, something you will rarely see in Mexican cuisine. Nevertheless, the food had good flavor, but too hearty for my preference.

Kudos, for coming back, I missed ya!
They have always had great food and wonderful atmosphere, so when I gave three stars for atmosphere, I am not knocking them. I personally, am just not one for small spaces. (It’s the old Eagle Drive-in)
Definitely, have the cheese dip, chili relleno and one of the premium margaritas.
I promise you will not be disappointed!
