So I have stopped getting Newk’s favorite salad after eating it once/twice per week after the size has basically been cut in half for the same price. Tonight I got a “club sandwich” I actually laughed in dismay when I opened it (no lettuce ,tomatoes or even condiments-and literally one piece of bacon to make it a “club” sandwich) when I got home. I will definitely never return and switch completely over to McAllisters for sandwiches and salads. This isn’t even to mention the people at the register who won’t put any napkins/utensils/or condiments with your order—and act as if they are doing you a favor buying from them. I’m done.

Customer service was amazing! I ordered Lobster & Crab Bisque, Salmon Caesar Salad, and Newks Q sandwich under the Choose 3 menu! The bisque and salad were absolutely amazing ! Of course I paid extra to add the salmon which was $7 but it was worth cause they were not stingy, it was a big piece of salmon! I got full off those two! Also gave me a free slice of cake of my choice for my birthday, part of their rewards program! So sign up! The food itself is worth it !

On January 16 I was in the store and saw a sign on a table that said purchase a $50 gift card and you would get a $10 card added to your app. I did this and asked the person checking me out about it and they said it would be added to my app. This did not happen and I went back two days later and someone told me that expired 12/31. I pointed out the signs (still on the table) and she said they should have been taken down. There was one on every table. The FINE print says it expires but who reads that?
And why were these still all over the tables on January 17?? I have emailed management twice and have had zero response.

Delicious food! My favorite is the Newk’s Q salad the best salad that I ever tasted around, freshly cut oven bake chicken, no preservatives and the sauce is so tasty.

The staff at Lake Harbour is the best. I’ve been coming here for years and they are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was suggested to try the Q sandwich. It did not disappoint. My boyfriend is diabetic and was asked to try the cauliflower crust pizza❤️he loves it. The food is always good. Thank you management and team for all that you do❤️

The service is always very nice and friendly at this location. Lively sweet people who care. The food here is very good, too, although I would say that the lobster bisque can be a bit salty, but that’s probably just me because it’s still good to me though. I always love their salads, especially the Black & Bleu, and I would most definitely recommend that you order the southern salad and ask for lemon vinaigrette for the dressing; the flavor profiles pair very well together!! One menu item in particular I’ve come to love (and that I think is now my favorite sandwich from there) is the Newk’s Cheesesteak , which I actually got tonight with a side of the fresh fruit (which was nice, chilled,and sweet ) as a to-go order. The steak is always cooked to perfection and just the right texture, and I love how the flavor profiles of the cheeses and the sweet caramelized onions along with the yellow and red bell peppers compliment each other between the bread. They also have very good sweet tea and their caramel cake is delicious. Overall it’s a good place to get a delicious nice sized meal and one of the few less expensive places that’s not necessarily fast food but also not necessarily fine dining/bar and grill type either, where you can go out to eat and at least try to get a decently balanced meal with a variety of options on the menu where most of everything isn’t fried or always a starch as a side.

I got off work this past Friday night & I wanted something new & different. So I stopped by Newk’s right here on Lake Harbour Dr. This was my very 1st time coming here. I ordered the full chicken bacon club sandwich & a cup of chicken tortilla soup. My wife had the half sandwich pick a pair. She had the Newk’s club & a cup of chicken tortilla soup. I must say this was a pretty good meal. My sandwich was more than filling, prepared how I ordered it & delicious. The chicken tortilla soup was hot & seasoned just right. Overall I will say we definitely enjoyed the meal & will be back again to try something different on the menu. Those pick a pair meal deals are the best.

I just went to pick up a to go order. These 3 females at the order counter continually walked past me and scowled at me. Then when I asked about my order they acted like I was garbage. These 3 young ladies were the rudest I have encountered at any restaurant, ever. I am white and it felt racial the animosity towards me. I was respectful and kind throughout. Unfortunately these three females felt it was OK to not have any kindness in return

We often get our order to go but the food is always better when you eat it fresh at the restaurant and as usual the Newk’s Q Sandwich and Newk’s Q Pizza did not disappoint.
