Don’t give any deals offered on the app and don’t offer a sub of the day like every other location, they will reiterate that deals and offers vary by location. Won’t give you a bag with your footlong and if you ask will say it’s only for orders of 4 or more footlongs. Server today took cash for a pretzel while my sandwich was toasting and tried to continue to make my sandwich with the same gloves before I had to ask for them to change gloves

I understand why many people give a 1-star review; I would like to give them 0 stars. I made an online order, and they gave me completely wrong items. I called them multiple times, but no one answered, so I replied to them online. The franchise owner responded the next day and taught me, as a customer, how to cooperate with the employees. Instead of addressing the issue, they were teaching customers how to be customers.

I honestly don’t know what’s up with all the 1-star reviews my experience here was fantastic! I placed an online order close to closing time, and yeah, they were out of regular Italian bread, but the employee called me right away to let me know. He didn’t leave me hanging. He gave me options for a substitute bread and even threw in a discount for the inconvenience. How many places do that these days? I really appreciate that kind of customer service. Everything else was spot on fresh food, quick service, and the place was clean. So if you’re reading these negative reviews, don’t let them fool you. Some people are just impossible to please. This Subway is definitely worth a visit. Don’t listen to the haters!

I love this restaurant, their clean and the staff are always nice I don’t understand the last negative comments you can be on the phone and not pay attention when someone is making your sandwich but I guess everyone have their own experiences.
