WHOEVER IS WORKING SATURDAY MORNING NOVEMBER 1st @ THIS MCDONALDS- 10/10 on EVERYTHING. Food is hot and fresh. Service was fast and very polite. I take a second to think sometimes for what I want to order because I get overwhelmed easily and most people are rude about it, but not here. Everyone was smiling, so fast and so kind. Food is delicious. Thank you guys!!

I ordered the sausage and bagel with large coffee 10 liquid sugar add ( they didn’t input coffee was very plain besides the 6 creams and the bagel could’ve use a little more breakfast sauce didn’t appear to have any at all… the sausage biscuit believe it or not was the only best thing with this order

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with breakfast sauce on the top and bottom of the biscuit. Sandwich was made with only the bottom having sauce and top did not have the sauce. I checked before pulling off and noticed it wasn’t made correctly. Asked the lady at the window if she could please remake it and as she walked away I spotted her open the sandwich with her bare hands and placing the sauce in the middle of the sandwich. I went in to ask again for it to be remade and they wanted the sandwich first which I stated “no, please remake it the way I requested and I’ll give you this one back”. They refused and the manager stated she wouldn’t remake it and just gave me a refund because i was agitated from having to ask a third time and employee giving me a sandwich she just placed sauce on to fix it without remaking it properly. Unprofessional. I spent 10+ years in the restaurant industry as a store manager and this was a very bad service.

They continuously try to steal food from my orders and drinks. They’ll leave out one item and legit fight me over it. Tonight it was a small shamrock shake and I’m just over it. An $8 order turned into a 15 minute ordeal.
