They are efficient but not the friendliest bunch. If you try to be too specific in your instructions (like”go easy on the mayonnaise”), they may just ignore you and put on a quart of it. Tell them it’s too much and you get an eye-roll. The only time I got them to slow down was when I told them they forgot to put an ingredient in that was listed in the items description. Then, they took time to chastise me for not telling them earlier.

The service is fast but never follows the customer instructions. This is the second time they messed up my online order. I paid additional price for Extras. Picked and went to my desk and realized that I just paid the extra amount for “extra nothing”. Good bye to this place.

Horrible customer service they ruined my food messed up my order didn’t have the nerve to accuse me of lying and got rude and disrespectful to me cause the big scene had all the security guards there and you messed up my food that I paid for management was horrible also rude right along with the employees didn’t try to make things right didn’t even recommend their employees for being rude to customers.
