I always enjoy a hot coffee on winter mornings. After dropping my child off at school, I come here for breakfast. I often order a cappuccino, but the coffee always tastes different; the quality is inconsistent. I still prefer Starbucks or Biggs Coffee.

Everytime I go after midnight The system is down and they can’t make any drinks, even if you have the correct change they still can’t take your order. I find it hard to believe that the system is always down when this one person works. Why be open 24hrs if the system is always down? This use to be the best location when Natalie was the manager. It was clean and everyone that worked there knew what they were doing. It has went down hill since she’s been gone. The new manager does absolutely nothing, I have no idea how she’s even a manager. You’re lucky if you get the right order and half the people there don’t have a clue what they are doing. They just stare at you like you’re from another planet. It’s ridiculous I don’t see them lasting if they don’t turn it around. They have alot to work on. They definitely need a class on how to make a latte. This place is ridiculous.

Every time i come to this location there is a problem. 10+ minute wait for a breakfast sandwhich. Other times ive not received things ive order. I also can’t remember the number of time i tell them my order and they repeat something completely different back. Stems from poor management. They also seem to care way more for drive thru customers than in store.

Never have donuts after 9 why be open 247 .. just realized they don’t give you any napkins we spend at least 100 plus dollars a month there. Guessing you have to ask . I worked taco bell in highschool and gave napkins out with every meal no matter what.

Nicole made my coffee and was rude as heck to me the whole time because i told her she made it wrong. i was surprised to learn she was the district manager considering her customer service is so poor and she had the audacity to tell me “um, no” when i corrected her. everytime i come back she mean mugs me and looks over her shoulder until i leave. hashbrowns were pretty fire though.

We were on our way to the hospital and purchased 2 dozen donuts today. They were awful, to say the least. Barely no filling to no filling in one of them. Had only a few that were fresh, but the majority was stale and was thrown away. We are very disappointed. It will take us a while to purchase here again.
