My son and I just got coffee. He had a whole milk mocha latte and I just had coffee. We enjoyed both at 5:30 in the morning and then we were on our way. I’m glad they were on the way because once you get on the highway there’s nothing for miles and you have to go into a mall with crazy potholes etc. I definitely recommend Dunkin at this location and I appreciated the kind staff. I’ll be back.

THIS Spot is one of My ✋ Favorites. The way you can order ahead and pick up in the Drive-Thru is AMAZING. I think it’s easy to pull into this location and pull out and jump back on the highway if you need to ✅.
The line wraps around the building sometimes but it does move quickly. TY Dunkin’ for Keeping Me ✋ Running ☕

I always order the day before my meeting and they are NEVER on time. I ordered 1 doz donuts, 2 boxes of Joe and 1 box of Hot Chocolate for 7 am today. Still here waiting at 7:24 for them to get it together. The manager told me that “we are busy, we’ll get to it when we can.” Not once have I come in here and my order was ready. Going to Donut Connection moving forward.

Worse Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too got a chai latte they sent me matcha which was FAR from what I got I called to let the manager know she dismissed me and said she always in the back doing paper work never watching her crew please be aware of this Dunkin in this area . Once I ordered an 12 count donut box they brought me drinks without the donuts saying they were all out ! So sad .

As of late the morning customer service has drastically gone downhill they are argumentative and coffee quality has been lacking…the messed up my wife’s coffee l…it was full of coffee grounds the lady working the windows said it was from the caramel and to stir it more and to have a nice day…we went back and the young lady working the register noticed the issue as well and was more than happy to fix it she was awesome to bad the morning crew cant get behind that customer service

I ordered the shakin brown espresso drink. It WAS on of my favorites, but nobody there has made it good. The last time I got it it just tasted like milk. I could taste not coffee. This time when I went I asked for an additional 2 extra shots of espresso, sadly it was still whiter than ever and still can only taste the milk. Please learn how to make coffee and not milk with a shot of coffee.

Management failure. Manager on 5/8/19 at 9:31 am was aggravated and stressed because of several people in line which disallowed him from acting appropriately with me.
Made it a point to rip my receipt to disallow me from taking their survey….get home to open my coffee and found the following. This location is abysmal, harmarville’s location is always on the ball and wonderfully pleasant if an issue happens to arise.

Lady taking the order rushed me through the process. Didn’t bother to give me my receipt. Asked me again at the window which donut I wanted, which was a Boston Kreme. Yet I ended up with whatever donut this is and a room temperature sandwich… super disappointing way to start the day
