I loved this place! Especially ad a New Yorker visiting across the water to see a city so well endowed with culture and life. I honestly have a lot to say regarding this place. The artwork and decor on the walls gives it a low cut, streets of Nj, graffiti vibe and the indoor outdoor option to eat is appealing given the setting of the place which sits on a closed street with shared lounging space for restaurants front to back. I liked the particular aesthetic and style of the place and even moreso the service I received which was in other words not at all what I was expecting. The food was definitely the best part of it all as the loaded fries and chicken sandwich had me filled to the brim. The special sauce, the mix of minced onions, shredded beef patties, cheese and tomatoes, not to mention the sudden appeal of the sandwich towards an already popular chain which is Dave’s hot chicken but with some more pizzazz. You will not regret coming here it’s phenomenal. A little pricey sure but that’s the price to pay for good food and better service.

Food is absolutely delicious! We drove 45 minutes from Clermont to eat here after seeing a review on Facebook and it did not disappoint! While their Nashville hot tenders weren’t my personal favorite, they were really good and scorching hot and JUICY. The patties are smashed to perfection. If you like meatier burgers, TRIPLE all day. Cajun fries were to die for and their smash sauce? Fuhgeddabouddit! 10/10 recommend.

This was my first time trying Smashburger, and it did not disappoint! The burger was so tender and juicy — absolutely delicious. The single patty felt a bit small though; I finished it in five minutes because it was that good! I also got the Smash Fries, loaded with beef, onions, and their special Smash sauce — such a perfect combo. So good!

The food was good. We had chicken burger, although their medium is too spicy too! I liked their hot fries! But the cashier could use some customer service skills. He was rushing us and when we asked for something on the side, he seemed annoyed.

This place holds a special spot for me. I’ve been coming to SMASHVILLE since I was in college, and even though I live an hour away now, I still make the drive because the food is just that good.
The menu has been consistently delicious for as long as I can remember. The loaded fries are a long-time favorite – always perfect with their great sauce, tender chicken, and pickles. The chicken sandwich is also incredible; the patty is juicy and flavorful, the bun has a soft texture, and the whole thing is balanced perfectly.
The staff is very casual, and the food usually comes out pretty quickly. There’s also a good amount of seating upstairs. My only complaint is that they got rid of Mexican Coke, which was a favorite.
Even with that small change, this place remains a top-tier destination for me. For amazing hot chicken that’s worth traveling for, SMASHVILLE is the spot.

Cool atmosphere within a college town(Rutgers). We have gone from place to place rating burgers and fries. This was a classic smashburger, very tasty with onions pickles. They give you the options for plenty of extras but we kept it simple. I had a single and my son a double. A little on the greasy side but tasted great – the smash sauce was really good – it was as like a really good spiced version of Big Mac sauce. We also had “smash fries” that were a large portion of fries with cheese, smash sauce and basically a chopped up burger on it. The fries were the hero. Delicious and a must try. Really disappointed when we asked for a shake. The girls working said no and they’re not making them. Kept asking and kidding with them but she said nope. Never. My guess is that they just didn’t like making them. Really disappointing. Either way the food was very good and the place very clean. I would recommend and go back if I was in the area.

Had to grab this after a comedy show up the street and I’m grateful ! The burger was a 10/10 smash burger and i added some of their spicy sauce for a kick. The Cajun fries were okay but i would give them more of a 6/10 cause it did have a little after taste. The service was cool they were kind and quick and it looks nice to eat in there cause it’s has a little art vibe. I recommend this place cause it’s good and it’s affordable the price is like 8-15 bucks for items my bigger was just $8 ! The new halal burger spot in town @smashvillenj did not disappoint. The Smashburger was a 10/10 – legit finished it in about a minute. It’s available in both a single or double patty burger. The Sammy was also delicious and you can customize your spice level ranging from mild, medium, hot, and pain! The chicken itself was crispy, juicy, and flavorful.
