All I wanted was my cup after I paid for my order so I could drink some Iced coffee. Instead they make me wait till my orders finished then they give me an EMPTY cup. So why the hell am I supposed to wait for my food to come out to get a CUP that DOESNT EVEN HAVE MY ICED COFFEE IN IT. I was super thirsty and just wanted my iced coffee. That’s the reason I gave the service a 1 star. The wild rice soup here is gas tho.
UPDATE: I just got back and opened my bag of food, Panera please package orders better. I open my bag to 2 bread rolls just out, no packaging.

Horrible value. Our last takeout order had a soggy grilled cheese and they only filled our Mac and cheese cup half way. Their new croissant toast sandwich wasn’t crispy at all. At these current prices, I expected a lot more. And as usual, it’s filthy inside and 10x worse on the back patio. Not coming back.

I used to love Panera soups. But if u come during lunch and order soup, instead of making more soup, they add tons of water. So instead of broccoli cheese or baked potato soup, its broccoli cheese water or potato water. Zero flavor. So disappointed in this place. What a rif off!!!

When I ordered the chicken noodle soup it was clearly cold all I wanted was a bowl of warm soup secondly when I ordered a drink, they gave me an empty cup if on the order they ask you what you want aren’t they supposed to fill it for you? And thirdly the wait was long but they weren’t even that busy also in the front area, there weren’t even any staff.

I come regularly. Seems often half their power outlets at the tables don’t work. No kidding, I tried four and didn’t work. Mentioned it to them a few times but still nothing. Customer Service seems not to care. I originally posted above in July and most power outlets still not fixed. Also, tables and floor often not cleaned. Come on franchise owner or corporate get on top of things. Could be a safety matter.

I would like to share my recent experience at the restaurant. Upon entering, we noticed that the counter was unattended. After waiting for a few minutes without being acknowledged, we decided to use the self-service kiosk to place our order. I ordered the chicken chipotle sandwich, but I was disappointed with the quality. The sandwich contained very little chicken and was poorly made (see the picture below). Overall, I did not enjoy my experience and hope that the restaurant will improve its service and food quality in the future.

They have great salads here and good bread. Right now I don’t think you can dine in, but I was able to get contact free curbside pickup. I ordered some chicken salad with pecans and other goodies.

Not going to come back here… what a fxxxing waste of money to come here… do you think that this is worth of $12?? This is why I don’t give my tips first because you immediately regret that you gave them $5 tips for this, when you do Togo orders… this is whole sandwich order of steak and chadder, you don’t see chadder and very small amount of steak and I can’t find red onions… very disappointing and disgusting service. Definitely I don’t recommend and feel so bad to people live close to this place and have to deal with this world worst food ever, I hope whoever made this sandwich gets a good lesson and gets some another training.
