I’d give it a one star but the food isn’t terrible, when the staff is actually there. I’ve waited 15 minutes to get served then left because no one come out from the back well before they closed. The service is awful. Do better.

We placed an online order on a Monday for the meal of the day and a chicken bacon ranch. We sat at a table (which I had to ask for a cloth to clean), we watched the 2 workers chat, laugh, and mess around. The male worker, no name tags are used, proceeded to make our order. One sandwich was toasted, the other was not. He didn’t follow instructions. He placed our order at the end of the line without wrapping or cutting. Assisted another lady and was about to assist another patron when I walked up and asked “when are you going to finish my order?” To which he said, “I didn’t know you were here” “why aren’t you finishing my order, I said. He said, ” I got busy”. I said “what was the purpose of toasting a sandwich and not wrapping it”. He just kept asking me if I asked somebody about my order or did I tell someone that I was waiting. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. They take forever to complete an online order. And now we’ve observed first hand why.

Do not order on the app here! I ordered to get the bogo deal, and then watched my toasted sub sit and get cold through 3 people orders getting made ahead of mine. And then the guy says “didn’t know you were here”
I guess “the deal” is not really worth the headache and cold sandwich heartache.
I’ll just choose somewhere else next time cause these workers suck.

Absolutely horrible service. Do not use the subway location. I waited 20 minutes in line and when I was the next person to go, another individual walked up for a pick up order and they decided to make her order before me even though there was no one else in line and could have made her after mine. They only had one person working in the shop, which is not their fault but incredibly slow service and rude.

THE OLDER SPANISH LADY (WITH DYED HAIR) REFUSED TO CHARGE ME THE KIDS MEAL PRICE. SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO UPGRADE TO CHIPS AND DRINK WITHOUT MY SAY SO.. i wanted what was advertised…its not like they were out of juice or applesauce.SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THATS THE PRICE TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT…WELL AFTER THE SANDWICH WAS ALREADY MADE…I LEFT IT! YOUR NOT GETTING MY MONEY.

Guy working was super nice, sub was excellent as well although I’ve never had a bad subway sub. I always go put of my way to write bad reviews so I’m trying to give credit where credit is deserved as well. Was going to just grab a hotdog at Terribles before the probowl but glad I didn’t. I’ll definitely keep coming back in this location when I’m at Sunset Station. THANKS!!
