Excellent restaurant on pearl street to get delicious food and drink. They have a great happy hour deal as well. We had a bruschetta board which was delicious, my favorite was the salmon and pesto. The chicken mozzarella panini was fantastic. The bread had the perfect crunch and was a sizable portion. It had a spicy sun-dried tomato sauce which complemented the mozzarella perfectly. The soup of the day was a chicken noodle with lemon pesto which was perfect on a snowy day.

Postino is always a favorite go-to spot! It’s the best place to catchup with friends while enjoying awesome food and wine. Mia and Brittnee took such great care of us, they were fun, lighthearted and really added to the atmosphere that Postino provides. They also really knew their stuff when it came to wine recommendations. If you like a rosé or Sauv Blanc, I highly recommend the two in the picture (both of which were spot on recs by Brittnee)!

Hubby and I had a fabulous lunch al fresco on a perfect sunny Boulder afternoon. We tried a bruschetta board, raspberry chicken salad, tomato soup & Italian beef dip sandwich. All delicious! Service was attentive. Red wines we tried were tasty. Stellar experience for our first meal in Boulder

It’s a nice spot. Fairly loud in the restaurant. The patio is better for less noise volume. I had a wonderful barattata tray I made myself. They allow you to select four. I chose a sweet, spicy and feta pesto and salami and pesto and smoked salmon w capers and red onion and my favorite was the warm spread artichoke. The artichoke was creamy and amazing. I had two different waiters that were night and day different. This makes all the difference in the world. Alex was great. Overall a very nice experience. I would go again as it was a nice light meal with delicious varying unique flavors.

We had lunch at Postino’s in Boulder and it was fantastic. We love the option of ordering half panini and half salad. It’s the perfect way to mix things up without overdoing it. The $6 wines by the glass until 5 o’clock every day are such a great bonus.
Our bartender and server, Chris, was attentive, warm, and had the best personality. He really made the experience feel welcoming without being over the top. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, the music wasn’t too loud, and everything just felt easy.
It was the perfect spot for a great winter day in Boulder. We’ll absolutely be back.

On Pearl Street in Boulder. Snag a booth and your besties. Uncork a bottle of wine or a signature cocktail and mix and match flatbreads. The memorabilia will whisper youthful times. It’s all about trying something new fresh and delicious.

A light lunch of soup and bruschetta carried more comfort than I expected. Warm flavors and crisp freshness felt like a verse well spoken. The bartender John was attentive with steady care never letting a guest go unnoticed. A brief visit yet memorable and worthy of return. The patio is such a blast in summer months. People watching galore lol!

The food is unique, tasty, and filling — while also feeling light and fresh. There’s also a wide selection of cocktails, beer, and wine. All the ingredients and exceptional, and no complaints about the service.
