I ate some of the most delicious chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy that I have ever had. It truly hit the spot. I went in with low expectations.But as soon as i watched the doors. The workers were so kind and I gave amazing customer service. I got to try the cream cheese, blueberry fried pie.And that was absolutely amazing- while we enjoyed our meal, we caught up on judge. Judy, she is such an icon and it truly just added the cherry on top, making the whole experience feel like I had gone over to my aunt’s house to grab some food.

Have eaten breakfast several times and food was good not great, gravy was excellent, but eggs overcooked and grits have always been runny no thickness. This was the breakfast special with bacon or sausage, biscuit was good also. Enjoyed the tv with local news, just a little bit too noisy from staff talking about personal issues, staff at order/check out always friendly, polite, and courteous, will eat again but may try other menu options next time

This was in November/December!!NEVER fails!! I order by the app to 100% make sure I put NO MAYO…. My husband WILL NOT eat this! It’s unacceptable!! Disgusting! Wonder why you don’t deserve 15.50 and hour !! I will be going back to demand a refund and explain to them the failure of a VERY simple job that they cannot complete accurately… Just pitiful! I throw money away every single time I order from this jacks cause they don’t understand a simple order of no mayonnaise! What’s funny is I put NO MAYO on my sandwich as well and they got it right but for some reason everytime my husband had mayo after I order with NO MAYO…. Never again will I order from this jacks. No I don’t need the owner to apologize. I need the owner to teach these burger flippers how to make a order correctly and not apologize and then continue to mess up DONE!
2/14/2025- They forgot my heart shaped biscuit but now I have found a metal star washer in my eggs. I was hoping it was an egg shell but nope it’s some metal. Thanks jacks this is definitely what I wanted on Valentine’s day. Not to mention what would have happened if I would have swallowed it? I got a few folks that will be receiving this today including the corporate office. 100% this is what happens when you have loose kitchen appliances, none inspected utensils, etc. It’s called cleaning and maintenance but I apologize for expecting someone to actually care. I’m done I can’t come back cause I assure you if my son would have gotten this washer in his food I wouldn’t be this mellow… Just pitiful! I’m calling it the all new jacks star washer special. Hope y’all enjoy!!

I was here on 9/24 less than an hr before closing and it had been years since I ate at a Jack’s. When I walked in I was a bit skeptical because no one was at the register and no one said anything. But a young lady in the kitchen spoke to me and I asked her what was good. Of course she said “everything” lol. But I asked her to suggest something and she recommended what she called the Alabama burger but went by the All American Burger. I commend them because as a truck driver the closer it gets to closing and most people know we have to get on down the road. But she kind of bragged about here food so I challenged her and I hate I didn’t get to tell her but the food was good and hot, even near closing. I actually wished I’d ordered another burger. The cashier was nice and friendly. So thank you Jack’s, it’s not often an otr truck driver gets a good hot meal from a friendly staff. And thank you for the truck parking, we can service every business in this country, but many businesses don’t want us parking on their lot, and due to some drivers actions I do understand. Thanks again Jacks.

Horrible service as far as wait time goes. Very few people inside the restaurant and several drive through customers. 2 cheeseburgers and fries and s shake took forever. Nothing special ordered. At least 20 to 25 minutes. Food was ok but wait time was unacceptable.

Stopped there at breakfast time, and went in, and the place was nasty. The bathrooms had no toilet paper, no soap, dirty floors & toilets, and it was really dirty. This falls back on management, and you can tell this place is not being managed right. They were not busy at 10 am. Which Management should have been walking around to check the bathrooms and dining room.
