I’m very disappointed in my order. Pizza was dry and over cooked. The pizza wasn’t freshly made. Requested double cheese on one of the pizza’s and that didn’t happen. The supreme pizza look like toppings were dumped on it. I normally go to the Pizza Hut in Shadowcreek but decided this location was right around the corner and gave them a try . Never again. No one was in the front to greet the customers. Myself and another customer had to shout to get someone’s attention for service. I called back to speak with a manager and no answer.

Ordered 2 pizzas online. They sent me an overcooked pizza that was falling apart.

Update – Pizza Hut reached out and made everything right. Thanks for having good customer service. Redeemed replacement pizza from this same location and it was perfect. Fresh and delicious.

I ordered from here delivery service. I asked for light sauce and my cookie to be not over baked. They did the complete opposite. I also had to wait for a replacement order because my food arrived to me COLD and I only live 8 minutes away. Took 50 minutes for a personal pan & a cookie. The guy that answered the phone when I called about my food being cold when it arrived had an attitude. I’ll give it 0 out of 0 DONT ORDER HERE! Very poor service. Food garbage. I work too hard for my money and then to order from a place of business to be treated like my money is nothing is crazy. If you not built for pizza service don’t work there SIMPLE!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The girl that took my order was really friendly and took the time to tell me the different deals going on within the store, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my card declined and I had to call back the store to give them my other card, no biggy. HOWEVER, when I called back the store, the manager was EXTREMELY rude towards me. I understand that I placed my order about 15 minutes before they closed, but you DON’T treat the customer rudely. I’ve worked for Pizza Hut before for almost three years, we believe in BLAST, and we always treated the customer with the utmost respect, no matter WHAT time it was after we opened, or minutes before we closed. Even the driver that delivered my order was friendly and I appreciated him being honest when I asked him questions about who took my payment information. I tried to look past the manager being RUDE towards me, but once I got inside and looked at my order, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. The bacon cheese stuffed crust was NOT how it should have been, extremely greasy and the bacon cheese cylinders were not proportioned the way they should have been. I specifically asked that my wings be DOUBLE FRIED and they obviously were not fried twice as I asked, and therefore were soggy and not crunchy they way they should have been; had they been DOUBLE FRIED. Even the cookie I ordered wasn’t fully cooked and still tasted doughy. Again, I get it, I ordered roughly 15 minutes before closing time, but that still isn’t an excuse as to why I was treated rudely by the manager taking my payment information, and why my order wasn’t fulfilled the way I asked. I don’t plan on ordering here EVER again after my experience tonight and recommend anyone considering ordering here NOT to at night.. prepare to be disappointed and treated rudely by the manager.

Edit: don’t even bother submitting feedback, Pizza Hut still doesn’t care. I never heard back from them.

Ordered a pizza, the guy who delivered it was rude, and on top of that, my pizza had a piece of hair in it. I called, several times, and of course, no answer. I want a refund for my pizza please. It’s unsanitary and disgusting. It’s a health code violation. The least you can do is pick up the phone.

I ordered a large crust stuffed pizza with pepperoni and beef, and just half with mushrooms to be delivered. That is what I paid for, but not what I received. The delivery time was supposed to be no more than 35 minutes. A pizza arrived about 45-50 minutes later. It was the hand tossed crust, not the stuffed crust I paid for. The toppings were right on the pepperoni only. There was sausage instead of the beef, and light mushrooms over the whole pizza. This is unacceptable that I didn’t get what I paid for, and I would like my money back! When I immediately tried calling this location several times, there was no answer. It just rang and rang. I believe you should hire enough employees that can answer the phone, and whom can read an order and get it made correctly! We had no choice but to eat it as is, and for what it was, it was fine, if it had been what I ordered. Please give me my back, or at least the correct pizza I paid for!

I made an online order on Friday night, it said it would be ready at a certain time for pick up we waited at the drive up window for 10 minutes and nobody came, so I went inside there was no one at the front so I called out trying to get their attention and called on the phone .. I could hear it ringing in the back and no one answered it. I waited 20 minutes in the front before a guy came to see what I wanted. Mind you this was 40 min after the app said my pizza would be ready!
They really need to get people that know how to work in this Pizza Hut!
What an embarrassment to our community.
The pizza was over cooked. The Customer service is horrible at this Pizza Hut!
