Great for what it is – a simple place to get crunchy tacos and burritos. This isn’t a place to get fancy street tacos, carne asada or al pastor. It’s like a better Taco Casa. Simple menu. Cheap prices. Great customer service. We enjoyed our crunchy tacos and burrito plate and I’d probably prefer this place to Taco Bell or Taco Casa. Guacamole needed salt and lemon juice which they provided. This is a good no frills taco spot! Rice and beans were excellent and had plenty of cheese.

Nice Mexican restaurant, clean establishment. Nice staff. Food was very hot and good. They have sauces at the tables, very good, especially the green sauce. I had an enchilada plate. Beans and rice were exceptional. I think I’ll try the nachos next time.

Ground beef on the taco was a little bit dry with not a lot of flavor. Super salad, was as expected. It was a good deal Monday special. Bean burrito was excellent. The refried beans are vegetarian and taste great.

This taco place has been going strong since the 70s in Plano. Best priced Tex Mex in town. Try the beef enchilada plate with rice and beans….right through the drive thru yummy.

The score for this place is very misleading. Folks must be reviewing the wrong restaurant or maybe i just ordered the wrong food because how are they even in business???? I made a uturn as i was headed to golden chick but decided on this place since I’ve never eaten here and always enjoy Mexican from pretty much anywhere but this placed changed that Meat nachos and meat burrito was trash. WHO IS ENJOYING THIS HORRIBLY BLAND FOOD???? Queso tastes plastic like its “just add water” out of a plastic bag. The meat is bland. Only reason i gave 2 stars …their salsa in the cup is good. The menu needs descriptions or pictures at least

I love Taco Delite in Wylie. I picked up a friend and decided to try this location since I was right there. The guy behind the register was very friendly and upbeat. The food was another story. I could have gotten better food at Taco Bell. The portions were incredibly small and not filling at all. Didn’t have flavor at all either. Their menu was not as full as the Wylie location. Was very disappointed. Not sure how this has great ratings. Will stick the the Wylie location for now on
